Step into paradise at this stunning 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom oceanfront apartment, where modern elegance meets tropical charm. The space

The living area greets you to a contemporary space that seamlessly connects the living room and dining areas with a palette of soft neutrals, textured wall hangings and a mix of natural wood and woven accents. Cozy seating with lush cushions and a throw blanket invites you to unwind with ocean views as your backdrop. The living room is anchored by a large beige sofa and a reclining chair adorned with a mix of textured pillows in earthy tones, which complements the soft neutral palette of the room and a flat-screen Smart TV, creating a clean and modern entertainment area.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Both bedrooms feature AC, closet space, blackout shades and carry the boho-coastal charm with plush headboards, light linens and ambient lighting and amazing ocean, marina and mountains views, providing a tranquil oasis to recharge.

The master bedroom comfortably sleeps 2 guests on a dreamy queen size bed that oversees a jaw-dropping ocean, mountains and neighboring island views through floor to ceiling glass windows. Waking up in this piece of heaven is quite the experience.

The second bedrooms accommodates 2 more guests on 2 cozy twin size beds and oversees the marina, ocean and pool.

Exceeded Expectations

Me, my wife, and our teenage son loved Luce Di Mare. The balcony overlooking the ocean and adjacent marina was amazing. The condo was very modern and stylish, and at the same time comfortable. They also stocked the unit with everything you need for visiting the nearby beaches and enjoying the pool and athletic courts (tennis and basketball) on the premises. One perk is the sliding glass doors leading out to the balcony. They open up the whole unit to the outside and provide a nice breeze which came in handy during an island-wide electric outage. With the patio doors open and some of the louvered windows open, there was no need for the AC. And being so high up eliminated mosquitos and other bugs bothering us. The location in Fajardo is very convenient to great beaches, El Yunque, and the ferries to Vieques and Culebra. Miguel was great setting us up in the unit and communicating throughout the outage. I highly recommend booking this unit.

Lovely Condo

My family and I were so impressed with everything about this property. Miguel was awesome too. He was responsive when I had questions and offered great recommendations. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer there. Book this! You will not be disappointed.

Perfect retreat to enjoy paradise

When we return this will be our home base. WOW! The apartment is stunning and beautifully decorated. The views from the balcony was our favorite spot when we were not out exploring. This home has EVERYTHING you could ever need. All the beach accessories. Every kitchen item you would need to use. It was very secure with security. Easy access to places to eat, kayak and boating excursions. I truly can’t think of one negative. We look forward to our next visit here. I ca

6 week stay. The view was phenomenal!

Property was just as nice as the pictures show. Clean, well stocked with everything you would need. The AC worked extremely well at cooling the whole condo. Having a washer/dryer inside the condo was very helpful. The location was great. Close to multiple beaches, adventure tours, and restaurants. Property management was very responsive to any requests. Would not hesitate to book this venue again.And the view is absolutely magnificent!

Dos Marinas is an oceanfront condominium excellently located in the beautiful beach town of Fajardo. Just a short distance from a variety of beaches and cays that are ready to be explored. The clear waters along the shores of Fajardo are calm and ideal for snorkeling, kayaking, and more. One of the most popular beaches is known as Seven Seas, a crescent-shaped beach lined with palm and almond trees. This beach is surrounded by little food kiosks and restaurants right at the entrance of the Cabezas de San Juan Reserve.

You may take a private charter to spend a day in the sun at Icacos Island, one of the biggest in a chain of cays and coral reefs known as the Cordillera Nature Reserve. The clear waters and the long strips of reef are home to schools of fish and other marine creatures that you’ll get to observe while you snorkel or dive.

Fajardo’s most secluded beaches are Playa Escondida and Playa Colorá. These two off-the-beaten-path leisure beaches present a perfect hideout from the noise and crowds of Seven Seas. It takes a 20 to 30-minute hike to reach the golden sands and crystal-clear waters.

You may also head over to the Cabezas de San Juan or Las Croabas. A park that emphasizes open space and preserving the natural surroundings where you can fly kites, rent bicycles, picnic, or walk around. At Las Croabas, there are also several trails, boardwalks, and ecological systems ready to be explored.

Part of the Cabezas de San Juan Natural Reserve is the Laguna Grande bioluminescent bay. Out of the three bio bays in Puerto Rico, Laguna Grande is the only one that’s not technically a bay. You can kayak or cruise in a small boat through the long, narrow canal that leads to the dazzling “glow-in-the-dark” water.

Fajardo is well known for its wide array of activities and destinations. There's so many places to visit and things to do inside this wonderful beach town and just short drives away from the condo that you absolutely wouldn't want to miss out on.

Just steps from a huge shared pool, gazebos, basketball, tennis and racketball courts. A short drive away from nearby beaches, this retreat is fully equipped for a seamless stay—whether you're lounging at home, exploring the island, or simply soaking in the surroundings.

Set on a 22nd floor, the unobstructed views of the Caribbean and Atlantic Oceans is quite a memorable sight. You can enjoy views of our neighboring islands, cays and plenty of marine life.

Guests have unrestricted access to all spaces inside of the apartment and can enjoy all of the amenities that Dos Marinas has to offer. From a huge pool with ocean and mountain views, sun loungers, outdoor shower to tennis, basketball and racquet ball courts and laundry area.

San Juan's Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport is located 35 miles away from Costa Esmeralda. You should expect a 45-55 minute drive between each location.

El Yunque National Rainforest is only 15.9 miles away.

Since Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States, American citizens and permanent residents don't need a passport to travel to the Island. However, they must always travel with a valid ID, such as driver license or a state ID card.
