Dieses Stadthaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern befindet sich auf dem Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage in einer Wohnanlage mit Sicherheit rund um die Uhr.

Unser Haus ist sehr geräumig, ca. 2600 Quadratmeter groß, mit großen raumhohen Fenstern in der gesamten Wohnung, so dass die Sonne und Schönheit hereinschauen können. Die Terrasse erstreckt sich über die Länge des Stadthauses und überblickt einen großen See, der zum Fairway Nr. 1 auf dem Pete Dye-Platz führt, auf dem die PGA Kraft Nabisco-Meisterschaft der Frauen ausgetragen wurde. Die Aussicht ist spektakulär. Es ist sehr ruhig und friedlich. Sie sind von Grapefruit-, Zitronen- und Mandarinenbäumen umgeben. Es gibt viele Essbereiche auf dem Deck, darunter eine Feuerstelle. Es gibt zwei Pools mit freistehenden Whirlpools, nur wenige Schritte entfernt.

Das große Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett. Es ist an ein Badezimmer angeschlossen, dessen Waschtische durch große Spiegel auf beiden Seiten und eine separate Badewanne und Dusche voneinander getrennt sind. Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Das 3. Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten und befindet sich direkt neben dem Gästebad mit Dusche. Alle Badezimmer haben Oberlichter und sind sehr hell und freundlich. Es gibt jede Menge Stauraum in allen drei Schlafzimmern. Jedes Zimmer ist mit einem Flachbild-TV und einem DVR-Player ausgestattet. Fernsehsendungen können in jedem Zimmer aufgezeichnet werden und es gibt viele kostenlose Filme zum Ansehen. Die Wohnung verfügt über WLAN und Telefon-Service, einschließlich kostenlose Anrufe nach Kanada und Puerto Rico. Die Küche wurde gerade renoviert. Es ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, einschließlich neuer Töpfe und Pfannen und allem, was Sie zur Unterhaltung benötigen. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Trockner, eine Bar und viel Wohnraum. Es gibt eine freistehende Garage für 2 Autos und bequeme Parkplätze für die Gäste. Einkaufen und gutes Essen sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Home away from home

An oasis, star-studded and sun-blessed.

Karen's place is a delightful, tastefully-appointed, family-friendly home. We greatly enjoyed getting to know the neighbors . . . mallards and egrets, hummingbirds and pelicans, even a stunning vermillion flycatcher. Convenient location to lots of area attractions. And as for the grapefruit tree in the backyard . . . every home should have one!

Coachella weekend stay

We stayed at this condo for weekend 2 of Coachella. The layout was perfect for my husband and I and our two daughters. The den is suitable for a bedroom with a pull out sleeper sofa and it's own bath and shower. Each bedroom had it's own bath, as well. The kitchen was well stocked. We grocery shopped for breakfast items and ate at the festival, tho. But there were plenty of everything if we had needed to prepare our own meals at the condo. It was a very peaceful setting. It felt like we were the only people around...although you could see golfers off in the distance. The view from the patio is fantastic. There was an abundance of grapefruit so we took advantage of that. The beds were comfortable and everything within the living area was neat and clean. There had been an issue with pests which the owners related that they had serviced. I only saw 2 dead bugs the whole weekend. My husband had a more interesting experience the first night when a lizard made its way into...and then out of...the patio door. We had a brief concern on Saturday morning when the smoke alarm began to chirp. We contacted Karen and she responded immediately, letting us know that she was not able to find someone to maintenance it (it is a hardwired alarm). However, luckily by the time we returned late that evening there were no more sounds coming from the alarm. We would definitely stay here again. As a matter of fact, I would like to plan a trip specifically to stay here, as we really only spent a brief time in the condo and most of that was sleeping. We only stay in VRBO when we travel and I think we're probably upwards of a dozen stays in the last couple of years. We are VERY picky about where we stay and I would say this one ranks up in the top 5! I recommend this to anyone who is heading to the desert for a tranquil getaway!

works for us

We stayed at Karen's condo for the month of November with visits from children/grandchildren. We have rented in the Palm Desert/Rancho Mirage area for the last 6 Novembers and this is the best place yet. We have already booked next November The best feature is the view from the kitchen dining and living room areas. It looks over the patio, through a bougainvillea hedge and citrus trees across a small lake to the Pete Dye golf course. Spectacular. The patio is large and very private. On one side there is a fire pit table and on the other side a patio dining table. We regularly used both As others have mentioned it is very well supplied with serving dishes, plates, cutlery and other kitchen utensils. Only item missing for us was a coffee grinder so we bought ground coffee. The non-perishables of previous renters have not been removed so many basic supplies are available. We also used the two bicycles. They are good quality men's and women's cruiser (one speed) bikes. The Mission Hills CC is huge in area so you can do lots of exploring on quiet streets without going outside the gates. Unlike many condo developments, the condos in Mission Hills have a number of different sizes and designs in different areas including multi-million dollar homes in the eastern part of the property. Makes for good exploring.

This was a lovely home in a quiet, peaceful setting.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and the home was equipped with all that we might need. There were six of us ladies and the bedrooms worked out beautifully. Totally recommend this home and hope to come again next year.

Beautiful desert weekend

We can’t say enough about our weekend stay at Karen’s home. From beginning to end it went seamless. Karen’s home is welcoming, clean, with an open floor plan so everyone is comfortable and stocked with everything. Sitting on the patio in the evening and having coffee in the morning was so relaxing. Everything about our experience with this property was excellent. It was easy to book. The price was very reasonable compared to other condos in Mission Hills. We were with a large group renting several VRBO properties, and this is by far the best we've seen. The location is perfect if you're playing tennis or golf at Mission Hills. The property is the clean, spacious, has a private patio, three bedrooms and two car garage are a huge plus. It has everything you need in a VRBO property. Karen was very easy to work with and responds immediately to all email correspondence.

Wonderful and very private property

This is a wonderful home, well maintained and stocked with all amenities that you need for a great stay. Very private located in front of a lake with wildlife to enjoy watching from the patio and the house. The owner, Karen, is very responsive and helpful if you need anything. I would highly recommend this property to you.

Perfect accommodation for a golf trip

A beautiful home that was very well equipped and so comfortable. I was here for 10 nights for a golf trip and it was a perfect stay. There was so much space and it was very clean and well maintained. The bedrooms are all very spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. Karen was great at communicating if we needed any help and I will for sure stay again when I am back in the area. Fantastic Mission Hills Vacation Rental

We had an outstanding experience renting this property. The house and view is amazing. From the moment you walk in it feels like home, not just a vacation rental. The home is even better than the pictures if that is possible. The townhouse has an open and spacious feel. The garage was an added bonus. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The home was very clean and tastefully decorated. The rental agreement was straight forward and the deposit was promptly returned upon departure inspection. We will definitely rent this townhouse again.

Highly Recommend

My wife and I recently stayed at this home for a week, and loved it. It is spacious with a very good floor plan. The two bedroom suites would provide complete privacy for two couples. The entertainment system is excellent. You can download free Netflix movies on a large screen in the living room, and record shows or play DVDs in the den. The home has plenty of light. Perhaps its best feature is a large backyard patio, which is well furnished for both dining and relaxing. It faces east, so gets direct sun in the morning, but a large tree provides a lot of shade. It is protected from the sun for dining in the evening. The view of a lake, and beyond that a golf course, is terrific. Conveniently located within a short drive to golf courses, shopping, a ton of dining options, Costco, and the McCallum Theater. Karen is a wonderful hostess. She responds quickly, and is most helpful and informative. She'll do everything she can to help your stay be enjoyable. We will likely return, and highly recommend this home.

Wonderful relaxing home!

We had a wonderful four night stay at this home! While the home is older with older appliances, it is incredibly spacious and well kept, with a great patio overlooking a pond/small lake. The condo is well decorated is also sits near two different pools, both with hot tubs, which is fantastic. Karen was incredibly helpful and available when I had any questions, and I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area!

We had a wonderful time in this spacious, tastefully decorated home with a large patio looking out over a small lake to the golf course. It is a home which caters well for both adults and children.The dual purpose den is extremely useful with its sofa bed and DVR/TV, which leaves the spacious living room for social gatherings or catching up on your reading by the gas fire on chilly evenings. It is very well equipped with plenty of towels and linens and the promised kitchen updating will be a bonus. The golf cart allows everyone to tour the beautiful Mission Hills grounds, but walking is great, too (bicycles would be a plus, also). Coming from a Canadian winter this property was a real "home from home" with fresh grapefruit for breakfast and the largest lemons ever for the best gin and tonics! We hope to be back one day.

A desirable Mission Hills location

This townhome is very spacious, airy and well-appointed. The photos are very good in depicting the premises and furnishings. It is very quiet, located just off one of the golf courses with a peaceful pond in between. It is a very clean, older unit that has had some refurbishing and upgrades, such as carpeting/flooring, state-of-the-art televsions/telephones, and tasteful wall art. Our stay was very comfortable. Keeping this unit from being rated excellent is the need for further refurbishing to the HVAC system, cable wiring, lighting, and window coverings and renovations to a dated kitchen. The owner is exceptionally helpful, accessible and accommodating, which we consider an essential element to any long-term leasing. We certainly can recommend this property and would consider it a real gem if additional refurbishing and renovations are pursued.

Everything about this property is perfect, from the amazing views to the fruit trees dripping with lemons, tangerines and grapefruits . It's often surrounded by snow capped peaks in the winter and summer and the grounds are covered with colorful flowers. It is peaceful, quiet and always serene.

You never want to leave! The sunrise is as beautiful as the sunset. Being indoors is as lovely as being outdoors. Our home is light and airy and a wonderful place to relax, wind down and feel the stress melt away. It's a perfect place to entertain, open and spacious.
