Amazing Southwestern Getaway in a Prime Scottsdale Location. House has a unique blend of style and comfort along with plenty of fun amenities for the family to enjoy. All four bedrooms feature king sized beds with top of the line mattresses and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals at home. Fully loaded game room with poker table, foosball, and arcade game with 100's of classic games. Backyard paradise w/Htd pool, putting green, and grilling area. The perfect place for an AZ escape.
The space
The moment you walk through the door you will feel right at home. A great deal of time and effort was put in to make sure that all you need for your vacation is here. Custom kitchen that is fully stocked with any cooking items that you need and gas range for the chef in the group. Kitchen area also has huge custom island with breakfast bar.
Spacious open concept living area with big screen TV, fireplace, and sectional sofa for lounging around. Get in a game with family or friends in the game room area which features foosball, poker table, and one of a kind 2 player arcade game that is loaded with all of your favorite classic games. Workspace area for those needing to get in some work while traveling and plenty of board games available for family game night.
Master bedroom is a true retreat with King sized bed, TV, and luxurious master bath with soaker tub and walk in shower. Guest bedrooms also feature all King sized beds and top of the line mattresses for a great nights sleep.
Step into the backyard and enjoy the Arizona weather at any of the numerous seating areas. Outdoor dining area and lounge chairs available for soaking up the sun. Sparkling pool with heating option is available for those cool winter nights. Work on your short game on the brand new 4 hole putting green for a relaxing evening. Backyard also has a built in grilling area for entertaining.
Home is located just minutes from Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, and Desert Ridge Marketplace which all feature many options for dining, shopping, and nightlife. Coming in for one of Scottsdale's top events like Barrett Jackson, Phoenix Open or the Arabian Horse shows? This a great location for any of those events.

IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with the city of Scottsdale rules, regulations, and ordinances regarding short-term vacation rentals. Pursuant to Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 we are required to provide the HOA and the city of Scottsdale with occupant information and contact data and related vehicle data.
Pool heating and equipment
Pool heating is for the POOL ONLY and is available in Winter Months. Charge to heat the pool is $100 per day or $500 per week. Must notify manager of desire to heat pool at least 72 hours in advance of stay. Pool heat means 82-85 degrees, same as standard hotel pool heat levels. Please refrain from touching the heater settings or valves. Any attempt will result in a $300 fee to have the pool tech visit to reset.
FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS, we use EPA approved cleaning suppliers throughout the home and on all hard surfaces such as counters, vanities, sinks, floors, stair rails, cabinets, handles, doors, light switches, etc. Lysol and bleach-based products are used on all compatible services to clean and disinfect. All sheets, towels, and other linens are collected and properly laundered after each guest to ensure safety.
Other things to note
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on this property. Violating this policy will result in a $500 fine.
We love pets, so please bring them along. There is an additional $100 cleaning fee.
Quiet hours are 10 pm – 8am and must be followed. Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine, in addition to City-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation and can be removed from the property due to negligence.
Minimum Age to book - 25 years old. Our Property Manager may meet you upon check-in to view your ID and ensure the size of your guest group.
If you are traveling with children 6 years of age and under, please notify management so a pool safety notice can be provided.

Arizona recently enacted a state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 which enables cities and HOA's to obtain information about short-term renter's contact data, group composition, and vehicle data.
An online occupancy portal has been established to make the process of providing your group's information easy, and to take very little time.
* The primary renter must be 25 or older. ID verification is required for all renters.
* Renter Data Form completion, including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy is required prior sending out arrival information.
(a) If you are not planning to park any personal vehicle(s) at the property you may check the box (in our online portal) indicating that you will be renting vehicle(s) and/or using ride-share services.
* Facilities Use Safety Notice & Indemnification.
All renters are required to read and digitally sign a one-page Safety Notice designed to ensure that everything possible is done to help people occupying the property to stay safe during their stay. (REQUIRED)
* Arrival and Departure Process: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and authorized for occupancy.
* Cancelation & Refund Policy: NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to the published cancellation and refund policy. All Renters are highly encouraged to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance within three days of booking. All Renters who purchase "Cancel for any Reason" (CFAR) insurance coverage within three days of booking will be reimbursed 50% of the CFAR insurance premium cost within one week after the Renter's stay has successfully concluded.
(a) Time Change Policy: All changes to the pre-established standard times for arrival and departure are considered REQUESTS only, until expressly approved by your Host. All arrival and departure time change requests must be requested in advance on your online occupancy portal. Requests for arrival and departure time changes will not be approved until the morning of the arrival and the day before the departure, and may not be possible based on the home's cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text your host's Property Services Desk for updated information on the day of your arrival for early-arrival updates, and the day before your departure for late-departure updates.
(b) Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy. In all instances, anyone arriving to the property before receiving explicit arrival authorization, or overstaying your authorized departure time, will incur a $100 fee for violating your Host's Arrival and Departure House Rules Policy.
Return of Personal Property: Any and all personal property left at the property upon departure may be collected from the property at a pre-arranged day and time, subject to the field staff's schedule and availability to meet at the property. In all cases, if personal property is not able to be picked up at the property, and delivery of personal property is requested, the charge associated with arranging and paying for the return of personal property is $75 service fee, plus the actual costs associated with mail and/or delivery charges.
