Stay entertained in this amazing vacation home in Old Town Scottsdale located just minutes away from famous shopping, restaurants, and night life! If you want to stay in you have everything you need in this house with sparkling pool, putting green, fire pit, BBQ, arcade games, and so much more. The home was just completely remodeled inside and out with no expense spared creating the perfect vacation getaway. Bring all your friends and family to enjoy this Vacation Paradise!
The space
The home was just completely remodeled and is set up for all your vacation needs. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located in the main house with an additional bedroom located in the back yard next to the pool. The garage has been converted into a hip game room for entertaining. The kitchen has been fully stocked for all your at home cooking needs with kitchen island and dining table that seats 6. Smart TV's located in the living room, master bedroom, and one of the guests bedrooms. Backyard is totally set up for you with sparkling pool, fire pit, BBQ, putting green, sun loungers, and couch seating.
Sleeping arrangements:
Master bedroom has king sized bed with attached bathroom.
Guest bedroom #1 has queen sized bed.
Guest bedroom #2 has queen sixed bed.
Guest bedroom #3 has bunkbed with 2 queen sized and a twin bed. Also has pull out couch.
Pool house bedroom has queen sized bed.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home.
Other things to note
No unregistered guests are allowed at the property without consent of the hosts. The amount of people you book for is the amount of people allowed at the home.
Must be 25 years of age to rent home and ID may be required.
No local bookings without 3.five star reviews or approval from host.
Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced as this is a city ordinance.
No smoking is allowed on the property. Any signs of smoking will result in a $2000 fine.
All dwelling units, including vacation rentals and short-term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).

IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with all Arizona statutes, and all city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding short-term vacation rentals. Arizona recently enacted a state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 which enables cities and HOA's to obtain information about short-term renter's contact data, group composition, and vehicle data.
An online occupancy portal has been established to make the process of providing your group's information easy, and to take very little time.
* The primary renter must be 25 or older. ID verification is required for all renters.
* Renter Data Form completion, including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy is required prior sending out arrival information.
(a) If you are not planning to park any personal vehicle(s) at the property you may check the box (in our online portal) indicating that you will be renting vehicle(s) and/or using ride-share services.
* Facilities Use Safety Notice & Indemnification.
All renters are required to read and digitally sign a one-page Safety Notice designed to ensure that everything possible is done to help people occupying the property to stay safe during their stay. (REQUIRED)
* Arrival and Departure Process: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and authorized for occupancy.
* Cancelation & Refund Policy: NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to the published cancellation and refund policy. All Renters are highly encouraged to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance within three days of booking. All Renters who purchase "Cancel for any Reason" (CFAR) insurance coverage within three days of booking will be reimbursed 50% of the CFAR insurance premium cost within one week after the Renter's stay has successfully concluded.
(a) Time Change Policy: All changes to the pre-established standard times for arrival and departure are considered REQUESTS only, until expressly approved by your Host. All arrival and departure time change requests must be requested in advance on your online occupancy portal. Requests for arrival and departure time changes will not be approved until the morning of the arrival and the day before the departure, and may not be possible based on the home's cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text your host's Property Services Desk for updated information on the day of your arrival for early-arrival updates, and the day before your departure for late-departure updates.
(b) Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy. In all instances, anyone arriving to the property before receiving explicit arrival authorization, or overstaying your authorized departure time, will incur a $100 fee for violating your Host's Arrival and Departure House Rules Policy.
Return of Personal Property: Any and all personal property left at the property upon departure may be collected from the property at a pre-arranged day and time, subject to the field staff's schedule and availability to meet at the property. In all cases, if personal property is not able to be picked up at the property, and delivery of personal property is requested, the charge associated with arranging and paying for the return of personal property is $75 service fee, plus the actual costs associated with mail and/or delivery charges.
