Welcome to the Steel Studio, a professionally staged retreat nestled at the back of a business park, perfectly balancing industrial charm with cottage coziness.
Be greeted by the gated outdoor space upon your arrival, where you’ll find ample seating, a cornhole game, and lots of room for activities. This area is perfect for morning coffee, evening conversations, or simply enjoying the fresh air with friends or family. The open layout is ideal for both quiet relaxation and lively outdoor gatherings, providing a safe and private retreat for your enjoyment. Plenty of parking and a small pavilion for rent at an additional fee. Best of all, you’re just 10 minutes from Kyle Field and 2 minutes from Easterwood Airport, 5 minutes from the Fire School making Steel Studio an ideal home base for Texas A&M University visitors!
Welcome inside to the cozy space of Steel Studio which accommodates up to four guests and is designed with relaxation in mind. The first bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, a bay window, a TV, and a walk-in closet with barn doors, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, tasteful décor, a small closet and a dresser. Additionally, there’s a thoughtfully arranged office off the second bedroom, with a small desk, as well as a cozy swivel chair ideal for curling up with a good book or a quiet spot to catch up on work.
Steel Studio’s living area is designed for gathering and relaxation, with plush seating and tasteful accents that create an inviting ambiance. Whether you're unwinding with a movie, sharing stories around the table, or relaxing with a glass of wine, this space is tailored for comfort and style.
The open-concept kitchen is both functional and beautiful, featuring a round table that comfortably seats four. Its modern amenities are paired with earthy touches that give the space a warm, inviting feel, making it a perfect setting for cooking and sharing meals together. Every detail has been considered—even plates and utensils for children are provided—so guests of all ages can feel right at home in this thoughtfully equipped space.
A few additional items to take note of during your stay are the full-size washer and dryer, ice maker, also a pack-and-play if you bring the toddler.
Pet-friendly and fully equipped for a memorable stay, Steel Studio welcomes you and your furry companions to enjoy every bit of its thoughtfully designed space. Pet deposits are $400, of which $200 is non-refundable. With its unique blend of urban appeal and homestead comfort, this property provides a delightful backdrop for your next getaway.
The property MAY have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
Guest MUST digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in. Booking guest must be 25 years or older to reserve and digitally sign the Booking Agreement.
1. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or booking agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.
2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze and the Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.
3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed a fee of $300 will be retained from your deposit plus $25 per person.
4. Guest Responsibilities: All of the properties are privately owned. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.
5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses. Parties are prohibited.
6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property.
7. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in our pet-friendly properties only if the Booking Agent and Homeowner agree before booking. Pet deposits are $400, of which $200 is non-refundable. If any pets are found in the properties without previous agreement with the Booking Agent, the Guest will be fined a pet deposit and the booking will be terminated. Please clean up after your pet in the yard, neighborhood, and parks. Additional information is located in the Pet Addendum.
8. Parking: Parking is permitted only in designated areas on the property, which are clearly marked. Towing is enforced. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour.
10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or wet wipes of any kind should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogged the plumbing system, the Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.
11. Fires & Grill: Fires are allowed on the property in the fire pit located by the pavilion. Firewood is not provided, please plan to bring some. Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property.
12. Personal Items: An initial setup of trash liners, toilet paper, and soap are provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (i.e., toothpaste, sunscreen, etc.).
13. Trash: ALL trash must be BAGGED and placed in the trash can in the parking area. There will be a $20 charge if this rule is not followed.
14. Secure the Property: To lock the door, please tap the Yale button on the outer lock.
15. Events: If the Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from the Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added.
16. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.
17. Equipment: Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the Guest for the full amount of the damage caused by such failure.
