As you pass through the vintage wooden patio doors, you’re welcomed by a captivating panorama of lush greens meeting tranquil blues. Spend your days soaking up the sun on the sprawling terraces, wandering through the vibrant gardens, or cooling off in the oversized pool filled with pristine saline water. For a bit of fun, challenge friends and family to a game of Boccia or Petanque on the custom-built sand court.
Relish in culinary moments with loved ones at the fully appointed outdoor kitchen, nestled amid budding olive trees. Alternatively, unwind in one of the beautifully arranged seating areas scattered across the property, ideal for quiet reflection and relaxation.
The property includes six en-suite bedrooms, each with its own distinctive blend of comfort and elegance, ensuring a memorable stay with ample privacy and relaxation.
Enter the enclosed Moorish-style courtyard, a delightful gathering place with a charming olive tree at its heart—perfect for sunset cocktails or getting lost in a favorite book.
Relax in the private Library, a peaceful escape with a cozy wood fire, satellite TV, and high-speed WiFi. Opening onto both the enclosed courtyard and garden terrace, this space is perfect for unwinding and recharging.
The spacious, shaded Outdoor Kitchen is a culinary paradise, complete with a large gas grill, charcoal grill, pizza oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and sociable prep area. Covered by a wood and tile roof, this inviting space is ideal for year-round enjoyment.
In the Main House, the Open Kitchen is superbly equipped, with a large central island designed for interactive cooking and a relaxed ambiance.
The Living Area reflects Moorish elegance, with a handcrafted wood fireplace and direct access to the front garden terrace.
On the first floor, discover the Master Suite, a private haven offering stunning sea views. With a spacious dressing room, king-size bed, and luxurious double bathroom, this suite epitomizes comfort and indulgence.
Adjacent to the Main House, the Guest House provides a private entrance, parking, garden terrace, and a panoramic roof terrace. With an open-plan design, cozy living area, fully equipped kitchen, and two en-suite bedrooms, it’s a secluded retreat for guests seeking peace and tranquility.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT INFORMATION
As we want a careless stay for our guests, we do not like surprises for both parties. This is why we recommend you to read all below.
•Standard check-in time 4 PM (16:00) and standard check-out time 10 AM (10:00) - A flexible check-in or check-out time is possible. The policy applies only when the booking calendar allows it (no guests checking in or out on the same day).
GUESTS : Number of guests must be indicated in the booking request. Adding more guests after the booking will be allowed only if agreement is reached - Any other person in the property is the responsibility of the Guest.
SAFETY : Before the check in all the Guests staying at the property have to send us full name and passport number or ID which we will leave at the reception. For security reasons the building needs to know who is staying, this is an official access.
RESPONSIBILITY : All of the properties are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
Guests shall be responsible for any fines that may be incurred due to violation of any laws, the convention or internal regulations of the building in which the apartment is located. Payment of the fine shall be made before departure, as soon as homeowners are notified as to the motive and value of said fine. If the notification arrives after the guests' departure, payment will be collected through the deposit.
GROUNDS FOR EXPULSION : In the case the guest gets into trouble with the police involving illegal drugs or anything other illegal conduct, homeowners will not be able to assist guests in any way, and will proceed to evict guests immediately with no refund.
OTHER GROUNDS FOR EXPULSION : Breaking terms of the contract - Disturbing the neighbors, loud parties, underage prostitution, negligence, drugs, property damage or any other detrimental conduct - No loud parties or noises must be made after 23:00 - If expulsion occurs, the guest will receive notification by the doorman or homeowner.
