Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the two main floors of the home, including laundry and the front porch space. There is a full-time tenant in the basement apartment with a separate entrance that has exclusive access to the backyard. Guests may walk through the backyard to dump garbage but the space is otherwise for the full-time tenant only.
The Neighborhood:
Voted one of the best neighborhoods in Portland by Sunset Magazine, the Richmond neighborhood does not disappoint. Located between the bustling streets of Hawthorne and Division, this neighborhood is chock full of many of Portland's best restaurants, bars and shops while still maintaining the eclectic "Keep Portland Weird" aesthetic that it's become famous for.

This will be processed as a separate payment but can be made with the same payment method or a different payment method based off guest choice. --This home has a 3 night/4 person minimum for all weekend stays during the High Season and on holidays (May-September)
