The work is scheduled to occur only between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. *we’ve reduced our nightly rate to help offset the potential inconvenience
-- IMPORTANT: Smoking of any kind indoors is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine and additional action up to eviction.
-- Pets considered on a case by case basis. Please reach out to us BEFORE bringing your pet. Unregistered pets will result in fines and possible eviction.
-- Please note a tenant resides in the ADU behind the main house, which is on the property but is not connected to this unit. Your unit is entirely private, as is the outdoor patio and yard spaces.
