- This is a 2 bedroom apartment located in a multi-tenant building, and like all apartments, slight noise from the other apartments occupants can be heard at times. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am to ensure a quiet home!
- While this home is located in a multi-unit complex, the apartment has its own private entrance and does not share doors or common space with other units.
