HIKING TRAIL
The hiking trail to the creek is steep. Please use caution and wear proper footwear.

PET POLICY
Pets are considered, but we ask that you keep "4 on the floor"—no pets on furniture or bedding, please. Pick up after them outside.
We typically allow one small to medium-sized dog (no vicious breeds). There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

SUPPLIED AMENITIES
We provide freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all guests.
Paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and hand soap are also provided.
While there may be a variety of condiments, coffee, and other pantry items available, we cannot guarantee what will be stocked.
We do NOT supply shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
Pack 'n Plays, high chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity.

HOUSE RULES
Guest Contract: A signed rental agreement is required prior to gaining access to the property.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
