The elegant master bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a queen-size bed and ample closet space. The luxurious ensuite includes a deep soaker tub, separate shower, double sink vanity, and in-floor heating. Important Notes:
MINIMUM STAY: This unit requires a minimum stay of 90 days.
CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.
GUEST ACCESS: You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay. You are provided with two keysets including fobs for access to the suite and parking garage.
PARKING: Parking for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings` secure underground garage. PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE is 6'10" (2.0m). MAXIMUM LENGTH is 18 feet.
BICYCLE STORAGE: Access to the storage locker in the storage room is provided.
NON-SMOKING: All our properties are NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.
QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 8am. Please respect our neighbours.
MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25.
BUILDING AMENITIES: Building amenities as advertised may not be open due to operational constraints. If the advertised amenities are important to you, please inquire about their availability before making the reservation.
ADDITIONALLY, please take note of the following:
• Pets are not permitted.
• Victoria Prime cannot guarantee the functionality of building amenities during your stay, as this is beyond our control.
• Wi-Fi may be unavailable in the common areas of the building.
• No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by Victoria Prime.
