Stay was nice due to the location and weather.

Space was nice. Location had trash sprinkled throughout the yard. Utility chest on patio had trash and maggots. Trash in the house behind the couch. Blinds were either non existent or not functioning. Flag on patio is ripped and torn.

Comfortable

Our stay was enjoyable, comfortable but the property needs some tender care. The biggest thing I felt was missing was an outside water faucet in case of fire, as there were a lot of pine needles on the ground. Being that close to the road if someone threw out a cigarette you could lose that beautiful property. Thank you for being there.

There was plenty of space for everyone. We were unable to really enjoy the deck since it rained every night we were there. The location is peaceful and easy to get to. It had everything that we needed for our group.

Never wanted to leave!

A month at Tranquil Pines Cabin was not enough! Magnificent deck, unbeatable hiking access (Trailhead is basically across the street), family-friendly layout (the kids took upstairs (2-bedrooms/bathroom) & we took the downstairs (master/bath). We barely heard the kids playing upstairs—now that’s tranquillity! The management was prompt & accommodating. We absolutely loved our stay and plan to book again in the fall.

Loved our stay.

We loved the house. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved doing laundry after long hikes in Sedona. Snowed in one day and enjoyed Netflix. Close to flagstaff but an hour away from Sedona with traffic. Thank you for letting us use your house.

Clean, quiet, well-stocked, hiking/running trails nearby

Our large, young family enjoyed "the cabin" (the kids called it) very much! Everything we needed for cooking meals was right there in the kitchen like we were at home. We loved the trails from the trailhead located just across the street down the hill. This was an excellent location, just far enough out of Flagstaff to feel "remote", but close enough to make a grocery run every day. We used this location as a jumping point to attractions around Flagstaff and Sedona, and it worked out great. We will definitely be back!

Great visit to Flagstaff

We totally enjoyed our visit to the Tranquil Pines Cabin. The unit is spacious and well equipped. the beds and pillows are comfortable; towels are thick. Kitchen and laundry appliances, as well as the electric grill, let us take care of ourselves just like at home. The managers were friendly, accessible and helpful. The two decks give shaded outdoor space for morning or evening activities. We were there during an unusually hot week for Flagstaff, so the lack of AC was a small problem. There were plenty of ceiling and floor fans, but when it hits 95 in the mountains, well, it's just an unusual situation. Our visiting grand children enjoyed the nearby park and we had easy access to the hiking trails we came for. All in all, we had a wonderful time.

Clean and quiet!

Really beautiful property. I visited my brother who lives about 200 yards away, so location was absolutely perfect. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Initially when we arrived key was not in lockbox, but Egle responded immediately and got us a key. Thank you very much; I would definitely rent this property again and recommend it. Very quiet, but only about 7 miles away from downtown Flagstaff.

Nice place, clean, loved the new front deck and back porch. Driveway tricky to back out of,

Enjoyed the kitchen layout and supplies, coffee, filters, condiments. Bathrooms stocked, but glad we brought bar soap. Great lighting in kitchen, and pantry was stocked with essentials like extra garbage bags. Washing machine noisy. Suggest instructions on binder how to use TV in terms of connecting to channels. Great location at edge of woods, enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Good and bad.

The property we've stayed was good. The HomeAway service, however, was not good at all. I did not receive the address of the property or the contact number for the property owner. I finally got it through the Googlemap and made a contact with the owner, and she gave me the keybox combination to enter the property. I don't think I will recommend HomeAway to my friends.
