This immense apartment is perfect for groups or families looking to spend quality time together. The living room offers a large screen TV, perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a day exploring the city.

You will love the large, fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and brand new appliances. Whether you want to whip up a gourmet meal or just enjoy a morning coffee, you'll find everything you need.

The giant dining table can accommodate everyone comfortably, making it ideal for group meals or gatherings.

The apartment features a large, renovated bathroom that combines modern amenities with vintage charm.

Situated Rue Frontenac, you're close to the metro and just a short trip from downtown Montreal. Enjoy the convenience of being near trendy cafes, restaurants, and shops, while still having a peaceful retreat to return to.

**Snow removal is done within 24 hours after storms with over 5 cm of snow. Shovel and salt are provided for your use during your stay.**

The apartment is set up for self-check-in through a combination lock or a lockbox. The instructions to access the property will be sent to you by email and / or text message in the days before your arrival

For all your questions or concerns, there is always someone available to respond quickly to all emails or messages during our office hours from 8am to 8pm local time (for more urgent matters, we are also easily reachable by phone).

If you plan on checking in outside of office hours, please be sure to have access to all necessary information.

We use our own secured systems to verify ID, send guest guides and for some communication.

We apologize for the extensiveness of our house rules but they are the result of past unfortunate experiences that we wish to avoid at all costs.

The base price offered is for an established number of persons. There is an extra fee for every additional person.

The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times.

Unfortunately; we are not authorized to allow any pets. If you have a service animal; please contact us prior to booking. Subject to an automatic surcharge penalty of $300 per pet if not honored.

If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of 70$ per person/ per day will apply automatically. To avoid check-in problems and surcharges, please make sure to book for the right number of travelers because the number of people will be checked during your stay.

Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.
