THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking – One Numbered parking sport is available per unit and requires a parking pass. Additional unmarked parking is available at the complex and does not require a parking pass.
• House Rules: no smoking, no pets, must be 25 years old to book, no events/parties, Quiet hours from 10:00 pm-8:00 am.
• Condo has a required 3 nights minimum on bookings and 4 nights minimum over Memorial Day, Labor Day, and 4th of July.
• This is a ground level unit – no stairs required.
• Boat Slip is a 16X48 and guests will be able to use the slip as part of the reservation if desired.
• HOA does not allow trailers on the premises. Reach out for details on trailer parking options.
• All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.
• Guests have access to the condo complex club house. The club house has a gym and pool tables.

o The complex has numbered parking spaces in front of each building. A parking pass is required to park in a numbers space. Each unit is allowed only one parking pass for the numbered parking spaces.
o Parking Pass Location: Upon entering the property, you'll find the parking pass located inside the kitchen, specifically on the Island countertop. It's crucial to place the parking pass in your car immediately upon arrival. Please note that the HOA enforces strict parking regulations. Vehicles in a numbered parking space without a valid pass displayed will be subject to fines.
o Additional Parking: Additional unmarked parking is available throughout the complex. No parking pass is required for unmarked parking spots.
• House Rules:
o No smoking.
o No pets.
o Must be 25 years old to book.
o No events/parties.
o Quiet hours from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.
• Community Rules:
o No fireworks.
o No drones.
