Misrepresented property amenities
We booked this for our college daughter and teen daughter who play golf. We live in a state which is cold and they both play golf. We booked this specifically because the description clearly stated that you would have access to the three golf courses on site. There were many other properties available at the time but we likedThe look of this condo. We booked it and when we arrived there was no welcome packet and no mention of any way to access amentities. We found a dead roach in my daughter’s bedroom. The shower faucet shot off the first night and never was repaired after several days telling them it needed fixed. We called pro shop to book fee time and they mentioned needing wristbands to access the golf. This made us reach out to the host who assured us no problems we have access that they would get it taken care of. Meanwhile we can’t access the amenities the booking page listed. We go for 4 days without amenities all the while being told by the host we had access. They lied to us from the get go, misrepresented the property. Didn’t respond to us for over 36 hrs. Then finally 5 days in they finally admitted we don’t have access. So we booked a condo for the sole purpose of access to the three golf courses at the reunion resort, the pools it listed and we find out 5 days in that nope there was a miscommunication. We basically were stuck with a condo with NO access to ANY POOLS OR GOLF COURSES. Beware these people are lying scammers who get your booking and lie
