Crime rates in this location are exceeding low compared to surrounding chic fully gentrified neighborhoods.

Long term rentals, minimum 30 day stays includes utilities up to 200$/month. We often host to medical, musical and contracted professionals who appreciate all the extra space for visiting family and friends during their contract.

A signed general renters agreement is required within 1 week of approved stay.
