Me encantó que hay múltiples espacios de convivio para las diferentes edades que íbamos. Aunque contratamos a un chef para los desayunos y cenas, la cocina está super equipada para lo que quieras cocinar. Por parte de Playamoments siempre recibimos pronta atención y respuesta a nuestras dudas. Todo estaba limpio y funcionando bien para nuestra llegada. Fueron unas vacaciones inolvidables. La pasamos muy contentos y cómodos. Esperamos regresar pronto!

Nice Home almost directly on beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good rental, however, not too much privacy with different maintenance men coming and going. They should revisit this policy. We did not like or appreciate different maintenance men coming and going. We paid for the entire home and at most anytime some random guy would come in to fix something! This is my only complaint!! NO ONE should ba allowed access without knocking and informing the tenants! The house cleaning lady was very efficient and nice!

Villa Unica Bachelorette Party

We had a really great time staying at Villa Unica. Leading up to the trip, the staff at Playa Moments were very helpful with recommending different activities, pre-booking transportation and decorations, and even set us up with a private chef. The villa itself was spectacular - we loved hanging out at the pool on the roof in the afternoons. There were always fresh towels and the villa itself was very clean. If we needed anything during our stay, Daniel was very responsive the entire time. The Wifi at the house was great if you were on the lower level, but not as strong in some of the bedrooms. In addition, some of the outlets/lights weren’t working in 2 of the bedrooms, but it honestly didn’t impact our trip. We spent most of our time outdoors anyway, and the outdoor areas were absolutely perfect. Totally blew everyone’s expectations out of the water. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great House for Families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa Unica is in a great location. The neighborhood is safe and very nice. The house is very spacious and has a lot of great amenities. The photos show small bushes around the pool, but they are much larger so the pool area is very private. The smaller raised pool is shallow which was great because we had two small children with us. It's also good for adults if you want to sit and relax in the water. The beach is a very easy 2 minute walk away. The villa itself was very clean, but a little worn, mainly in the kitchen. The gym area is also not in great shape, but the equipment worked fine, it just was dusty. I don't think it gets used much. In the main master bedroom, I think the window glass in the shower was installed backwards because at night we can see into the shower from outside, but from inside it looked like a mirror. We were there at a time when it was still light out when we showered so we didn't need to turn on the light so you couldn't see in. It is on the second floor, so maybe you can't see as much as we think.Playa moments staff was helpful and took care of everything we asked, but there were times I had to follow up a few times to get an answer. Nadia checked in on us every day to make sure things were good. The housekeeping staff made sure we had fresh towels and kept the place tidy during our stay. Overall, I would recommend Villa Unica and I would stay there again if I were visiting Playa del Carmen again.

Perfect and a definite must return type of VRBO

I went here with a group of 5 girls for my bachelorette 3 day weekend. The property manager, Daniel, was amazing. They sent us a detailed information sheet before hand offering options for airport pick-up/drop-off, grocery delivery and much more several weeks in advance of the trip. The airport pick-up service was seamless, comfortable and efficient. Daniel was there to greet us at the house when we arrived and go over all of the house details and introduce us to the maid, Evelyn, and maintenance worker, Victor, who would be coming to the house every day to help keep the place looking beautiful and caring for the pools. The location was perfect, beautiful and safe in a gated community. The house is literally 1-house away from the beach (which is gorgeous). The house itself is better than the pictures display. Each room is spacious, comfortable with great decorations and has its own amazingly beautiful designed bathroom. Daniel stayed available and easily contacted the entire trip to help with navigating various transport requests etc. They were even generously accommodating when 2 of the guests flights were delayed, letting them stay in the house enjoying everything for a couple additional hours after the official check-out time so that they didn't have to get to the airport 4-5 hours early. All of my friends and I are definitely planning to return and take advantage of this gem of a vrbo.

The set-up for our family was ideal and we enjoyed the beach, pools and hot tubs. The "alma de casa", Evelyn was excellentand we paid her extra to prepare family stylemeals...a total of 4 special meals during the week.Spending quality time together as a family made for a great week and the home added to our experience.We would recommend this property without reservation.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

This house was perfect for our large group of 15 adults/kids. The concierge and housekeeping staff were terrific. With the two pools, spa and game room coupled with the beach just steps away, our only regret is not staying longer.

It is located close to the beach, just walking 10 steps, restaurants and more could be found at the entrance on this gated community. We enjoyed the spaciousness and privacy that this home provided. There were many levels for us to spread out. Some chose to relax and watch movies, others enjoyed sitting by the pool and jacuzzi. We felt like we were truly at a private villa. Finally, the location was super convenient. We have stayed with PLAYA MOMENTS before, and are consistently impressed with their exceptional service! We will be back soon.

Amazing House

The house is truly amazing and pictures do not do it justice. The rooftop pool with built in lounge bench overlooking the ocean was awesome. Spent a good portion of our time up there. Check-in was easy and the housekeeper did a great job. Would definitely recommend!

Great Villa/Location for a Large Group

Just spent my best friend's bachelorette here with 9 other women. We wanted some extra space to be able to relax and or have fun on our own and this house was perfect. We LOVED the rooftop plunge pool and it was even cool enough to use the hottub at night. We also decorated the downstairs bar room to have a little dance party for the bride as things in Playa close at 11:30PM due to COVID. However, it is an easy drive to Tulum for an evening to eat and dance and is an even shorter ride to the Marina for a boat ride. We really enjoyed the house and the staff was spectacular and so friendly. The neighborhood also has great ruins you can walk to if you prefer to stay on site. Special shoutout to Gabriel for running into town to get us Ice and other things when we needed it!

The house is amazing, a short path to the beach within 2meters and the staff, Ofelia and Luna made us feel at home, they were available anytime we needed making us feel comfortable! we'dlove to rent that place again, hopefully son and with our party guys!

Great house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures of the house don’t do it justice. Great location, great condition, more than comfortable for our group of 15. Management company was helpful in arranging everything and making sure we enjoyed our stay. Great location in a safe gated community, across the street from the beach, and a long walk / short cab into town.

Villa Unica Bachelor Party

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just got back from a bachelor party weekend at Villa Unica and the house was incredible!! It was perfect for a big group with plenty of room for all of us. House was well-maintained and very clean with all of the modern amenities -- 2 pools, hot tub, pool table, big screen TVs in every room, built in speakers with wi-fi connection, etc. and is only steps from the beach. View from the rooftop pool was also amazing and we enjoyed hanging out up there during our down time. Home is in a gated community that felt very safe and is only a short taxi ride or walk to downtown.Our hosts were quick to respond to all of our requests and helped us plan meals, transportation, and activities. Everything was seamless and we couldn't have done it without them. We also had chefs come to the house for a dinner and a breakfast and both meals were wonderful, some of the best food we ate on the trip. I would definitely recommend the house to friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to go back again!

Villa unica is the best!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa unica is a spacious beautiful cozy yet modern vacation rental. Me and my family and friends enjoyed everyday there. The both pools gets sun all day and when we wanted we are literally 10 seconds away from the beach. We Always had great service from the concierge service. Villa unica was money well spent. I will be happy to rent again.1

Villa Unica is unique

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house, lots of space,3 levels for escape. House cleaner kept things clean. Conciere not so helpful in getting us settled in and familiar with house and area. Location is awesome with 20 minute walked to pier, food and shopping. It would have been nice to have access to washer and dryer. It would have been nice if dishwasher was working and soap available.
