Commercial Vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Windsor Island Resort.

• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please place trash in the bench or bin daily to keep a clean home. • It´s forbidden to smoke inside the house. We have a smoke detector and an alarm that will sound upon smoke detection.

• The BBQ grill has an extra fee of $80/stay. Just let us know and we’ll provide it.

PETS
• We are happy for guests to bring their pets with prior arrangements. However, for the comfort of future guests and for hygiene purposes, they are not allowed on furnishings or beds. Substantial extra charges will apply if this or any damage occurs. If your dog usually sleeps with you, please bring your own bedding (sheets and duvet) for your personal use.
•Pet fee : 95$per pet.
•If you have unauthorized pet during your stay a $250,00 fine will be charged.
• Pet weight maximum 35 lbs.
•Maximum of 03 small pets.

GOLF CART
• * Golf cart: Explore our facilities with ease and style, with our convenient golf cart rental. A 6-seat Golf Cart has an extra fee of $75/day. If you do not want it for the entire stay, the keys will only be released for the final days of the stay. We also have a deposit fee of $400, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay after inspection. Just let us know if you’re interested.

POOL HEATER
• The Pool Heater has an extra fee of $35/day for a minimum of 3 days. Just let us know and we'll turn it on (8-12h to heat). Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature. Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near-freezing temperatures. Pool heat is an optional amenity that’s offered to most of the properties available. it will be turned on and set to 90ºF - 95ºF. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 4 PM will be turned on on the following day and that the pool may take 8-12h hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its function efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at some times.)

• STARTER KIT for your arrival
All our vacation homes are self-catering. Which means the guest is responsible for shopping during their stay. For your convenience, we provide a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, including: 1 dish sponge 1 dish detergent, 3 dishwasher pods, 1 roll of paper towel, 1 garbage bag per bin and 3 extras for replacement, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small bar soap per bathroom, 1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash set per bathroom
• Due to the Pandemic we stopped offering wash clothes for hygienic reasons, if you need them for your stay, please bring your own.

• HOUSEKEEPING
• The house will be professionally cleaned/sanitized before each check-in, and it is the guest's responsibility to maintain the property during the stay. Cleaning service during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. Kindly keep in mind that this vacation home is self-maintained/catered and that daily housekeeping services are not provided.

• FOOD AND CONDIMENTS
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open products in the refrigerators or kitchen/pantry closets, therefore all food items will be removed after each check-out, and no supplies of such items will be provided.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them. In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply. Some resorts may not accept them. Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.

***For your safety, this home is equipped with security cameras outside by the front door and outside for the pool machines.

• We’re located in a vacation area, with other AIRBNB units. If for some reason, inconvenient noise after 10 pm happens, please call 911, and the police will be there right away.

• After the reservation is done, you will receive an email requesting an electronic signature for our rental agreement, please look at junk mail to find it. (Airbnb guest doesn't receive this email).

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

RENTERS, BE AWARE – PLEASE READ MY FULL EXPERIENCE! I would strongly advise against booking a rental property managed by Haute Mgmt. I stayed from February 7-10, and from the moment of arrival, my experience was problematic. Within the first hour, we encountered two roaches. I immediately sent pictures to management, but received no response. The following day, I informed them of a rodent issue and provided additional photographic evidence. FOUR HOURS later, they responded, apologizing and stating, “this has never happened before,” and promised to send someone the next morning. The next day, a technician came out, confirmed the issue, and took further pictures. This occurred around 2-3 PM on Sunday. In the meantime, we had to purchase our own repellent and steel wool to seal up the holes. Later that day, we discovered the propane tank for the grill was empty. I reached out to Haute once again. They assured me they would look into the matter but later claimed that they had provided a full tank and that no one was available to replace it. As a result, we were unable to grill. I will never rent from a property managed by Haute again. The owner may not be aware of the ongoing issues, as pest control mentioned the property should be shut down for five days due to pest concerns. If renting between Feb. 10-15, I highly recommend requesting a refund. Unfortunately, Haute did not offer any form of compensation for my experience. I urge future renters to proceed with caution!

Family Christmas Vacation

The house is beautiful in a good neighborhood. Haute Management was over the house. I called Melissa everyday to report issues and was to get compensation back on some of the issues even with the pool that we could not enjoy. No updates and fixers foe the issue. Bo vold water in a vouple of rooms. Water leaking all on the bathroom floors. Shower stopped up only could take a short and quick ahower. No fixer of the issues. Ice maker didnt work still no fixer of the isaues. The club house would not lwt partake in the amenities which wqs so embarrassing being told we had to leave. It was our firat time visiting. All ghis was told and still no communications on compensation for our horrible stay.
