A Misrepresented Dump

This property is an abomination. Vrbo and Vacasa both are an abomination, completely lacking in professionalism, capability, and responsibility. It is abundantly clear that the property was professionally staged and professionally photographed before it was baited and switched for the publicly misrepresented, poorly maintained dump that it really is. The property is in such poor repair that the plumbing backed up, leaving raw sewage in the showers, and the floor flooded, to which they did not respond. I had to leave, and have disputed my payment. This property offers NONE of the “tranquility” its moniker suggests. It is a dump. Never again.Vrbo, quit emailing me requesting a response from a do not reply email address with no access to customer service. Your phone representatives can't understand or speak the English language, and can't find their way out of a paper bag.

Disappointed. House not ready for VRBO yet.

I was on the fence about two or three stars. This really is a 5 out of 10 rating. The actual condition of the house is nowhere near what the photos show, thus the borderline fraud comment. Most of the decorative elements were gone. Yeah, most of the furniture in the photos was still there but it is not shiny and pretty like the (borrowed from Zillow) photos show. The house looked to be mid-remodel. There were small pieces of colored tape on the wall where touch-ups or fixes were needed. Floorboards were missing in places. The master bedroom didn't have curtains or blinds over the sliding glass door, just some strips of fabric nailed into the frame. These "kind of" covered the window. The two smaller bedrooms had metal blinds on the exterior of the window. It took us a while to figure out that there were switches to put the blinds down. Instructions? Labels? The fourth bedroom was completely unusable. It was freezing cold and no one wanted to spend the night in there. It looks like it was a garage that was converted? The landscaping and yard were a complete mess. The landscaping hadn't been touched in weeks if not months. The guest bath shower water didn't get much above luke warm. The master shower water was very hot. The master bathroom is the smallest room I've ever been in. It's tiny and there is no shelving or cabinets, just a tiny vanity. Is this mid-remodel too? Multiple lightbulbs were missing from the overhead fans/lights. The knob was missing from the alley gate.
