The Space

This spacious bungalow comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with tons of room to spread out. Featuring a queen bed, twin bunk bed bed, pull-out sectional sleeper sofa, futon, and inflatable mattress, there’s tons of sleeping arrangements for the whole crew. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare quick snacks or full meals, complete with a range oven, microwave, coffee maker, and full kitchenware package. We value your privacy and offer a flexible and convenient self check-in process. Keypad entry codes and check-in instructions are given 24 hours before your arrival date. We are available by phone or through the app 24/7 for any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.

• We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

• The home has heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

• Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

• A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval.

• Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedule to accommodate these requests.
