Die Überreste des historischen Gebäudes aus dem 15. Jahrhundert wurden 2016 in Bezug auf Geschichte und hohe ästhetische Standards renoviert. Neoria Houses ist ein Komplex aus zwei luxuriösen Häusern auf zwei Ebenen in minimaler Architektur und mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten.
Akali ist ein zweistöckiges Haus (100 m2) mit zwei geräumigen Schlafzimmern (+1 Schlafsofa für 2 Personen im Wohnzimmer), drei Badezimmern mit Duschkabinen, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem Ess- und Sitzbereich und einer stimmungsvollen Terrasse im zweiten Fußboden.
Das Wohnzimmer mit flachem Sat-TV und Essbereich befindet sich im Erdgeschoss in der Nähe der voll ausgestatteten Küche (Küchenutensilien, vitro-Keramikplatten, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mixer usw.).
Im ersten Stock befinden sich zwei Hauptschlafzimmer mit großen Betten, flachem Sat-TV und eigenem Bad. Hochwertige Matratzen- und Duscheinrichtungen sind vorhanden (Bademäntel, Hausschuhe, Shampoo, Conditioner, Duschgel, Körpercreme).
Die Terrasse im zweiten Stock mit Blick auf die Altstadt und die historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist mit Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet.
Das Akali House bietet Klimaanlage, WLAN, Safe, Erste-Hilfe-Kasten, Feuerlöscher, Rauchmelder, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett und Haartrockner. Der Reinigungsservice erfolgt alle drei Tage.

Fabulous property

This place did not disappoint. The apartment is like the photos -- beautifully appointed. Also, excellent location. Parking can be tough (we were only able to park next to the apartment twice and we were there off-season) but there were big parking lots within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

My friend and I loved everything about staying here! The host was super helpful and had great communication with us throughout the process. A great location in Chania

This was our first stop in Greece during our family holiday. The flat was perfect for our needs - clean, close to everything in the old city, and near a bakery and coffee shop. Communication was great. Check in and out were easy. Definitely would stay here again.

Location is incredible!!

The location is within walking distance to so many things. The Old Downtown port area is just around the corner. The bus station is a 10 minute walk. Wonderful restaurants are close by to walk to such as Pallas, The Well of the Turk and Tamam. Christina responded quickly to questions that we had and was very pleasant.

Fabulous house in perfect location

We had a fantastic stay in Chania in the heart of the harbor, but tucked away in a quiet alley. Tons of great restaurants, shops, historical sights within walking distance. The home is exactly as pictured, very comfortable for our family of four including two teens. Lots of stairs, but not a problem for us. Washing machine in the downstairs bathroom came in handy. House was spotless and well-appointed with everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again!

The best lovation

This unit was clean, contemporary, and in the heart of old town. One block off of the water. A platter of fresh fruit and drinks were left for us. We were taken care of by Christina, who responded immediately to any questions/issues we had. A door knob came off in my hands, and it was taken care of asap. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. There are a lot of stairs, so make sure you're not w an elderly person. We are all pushing 60 w no problems. I mean a real elder w mobility issues. And ps, it was saddled btwn two restaurants, one great for authentic late nights munchies, and one w over the top authentic Greek meals served by men w great sense of humor, for dirt cheap. I mentioned that Christina should mention the second to every client. It was named Perparas.

Excellent location, great property

Perfect location near the main part of Chania. A short walk to great food and shops, and also to a swimable area. The place was clean, Eva was responsive and helpful. Lots of stairs and the living areas are somewhat separate but if you are doing it right you won't spend much time in the apartment to begin with. The A/C worked well and units were well distributed throughout the apartment's rooms. It does have a small parking lot that if you are lucky you can find a spot in if you happen to be driving. Was surprisingly quiet despite being near popular areas. There is a little market around the corner which is great and convenient to pick up necessities.

This apartment is ideally located close to all the sightseeing in Chania City Center. Upon check in, Christina gave us great recommendations on sightseeing and places to eat. We highly recommend Well of the Turk, which is very close to the apartment! As far as the apartment itself, it’s very clean, with plenty of space. We would recommend without hesitation.

We stayed two nights during our brief visit in Chania. We had 4 adults and two kids in our party. It was a perfect setup for us. We were greeted kindly by the property manager who assisted us with the check-in process and gave recommendations for different restaurants (since there are so many to choose from.) The home was very clean, which we appreciate so much. Having the terrace was an added bonus for our evening card games and wine. We highly recommend this place!!!!

Charming Apartment in a Great Location

This is a charming apartment in a great location - just a block back from the harbor, but a bit off to the side allowing for quieter sleeping. It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and the check-in was easy and flexible (our flight was an hour late, so it was almost 11 p.m.). There is a large, free public parking lot just a few blocks away (parking in Old Town is tight). Highly recommended!

Comfortable and clean with good location

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is near the harbour and about a 15 min walk to the bus station. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. There was a bit of street noise at night. We were there Monday/Tuesday. This might be an issue on the weekends or in high season if you are a light sleeper.
