Depending on the breed(s) Guest may need additional damage insurance ($79) and/or have a higher refundable damage deposit.

HEATED POOL + HOT TUB
Self-closing, child-safe doors leading to pool and spa. Heat needed October through May for a warm pool. Monthly Cost: $649. Let us know 7+ days before check-in if you want this.

SECURITY: 1 video ring doorbell at the front door.

EVENTS/BIG PARTIES: Not allowed in this neighborhood.

HOUSE CLEANINGS
For longer stays, guest agrees to have the house professionally cleaned at least monthly (bi-weekly with some animal breeds). Approximate cost: $165 per cleaning.
