Alles fühlt sich frisch, sauber und gemütlich an.

Während Sie auf dem Achterdeck entspannen und die atemberaubende Aussicht auf Horseshoe Bay, Sandestin Marina und Baytowne Wharf genießen, paddeln Schildkröten auf und hoffen, dass Sie ihnen einen Saltine Cracker zuwerfen. Comfy Condo with Beautiful Bay View

We loved the comfort of this condo - felt like home instantly. The sunrise view is breathtaking & location is especially convenient to the Links Golf Course & the Fitness Center. With the condo's golf cart, the abundant Sandestin amenities are easily accessible to enjoy. The kitchen was very well-stocked to cook in. The condo owner was super accessible and always very kind & professional. We will look forward to returning in the future.

Sandestin Gem

This condo was comfortable, well appointed within an amazing resort complex! Amenities beyond our expectations, loved using the golf cart to access beach, pool, restaurants and shopping! Greg, the host was easy to communicate with, responsive and helpful. If your vacay goal is to chill and read on the deck, you may want to keep looking as this deck is quite small and shaded.

This property was fantastic! The bed was extremely comfortable which is huge for us! Very clean property and nice location. Quick trip to beach, wharf, grand boulevard, etc. by golf cart! Greg is an amazing host and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and enjoyed our time. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect Stay

We had the perfect stay at Gregg’s Harbor Pointe place. The condo was so nice, location was perfect and it was equipped with everything we needed to be at home away from home. Obviously, the golf cart was a huge plus. Greg answered questions very promptly and helped us with whatever we needed and even offered suggestions. Leading up to this day, Greg made it possible for an E bike to be delivered in my name to his place so that I could enjoy it on vacation. We really appreciate Greg going above and beyond for us this year as I am coming off of surgery. We watched fireworks on Tuesday night and storms roll in each evening from the balcony. We experienced all types of wildlife in the bay from a manatee to a stingray to even catching a speckled trout, redfish and trapping enough crabs to have a crab boil on the last night. We even experienced a pod of dolphins coming in and slapping their tails on the water to catch fish right by the dock. It was amazing! We have 9 and 11 year old boys and it was just the perfect week of adventure and relaxation. We are grateful for the time that we had at this place!

For Those Who Want the Beach and More

The condo was exactly as advertised and the location is ideal for active couples or small families that may want to do more than enjoy the beautiful beach (although that's just an easy golf cart ride away). Our family enjoyed the bay and golf course views, Baytown Wharf, fishing at the resort, tooling around in the golf cart, and swimming at the pools. The beach is soft, white sand, clear water.

Solid decision

Made a last minute decision to visit Florida and tried something different. We always stay directly on the beach. We decided to try bay side with a golf and marina view. There were so many options but reviews and the prompt attention won us over. Along with the option for golf cart. We parked our vehicle and got around in cart for everything. Easy access to beach and Baytowne Wharf and many places to eat . Everyone in the area were very friendly and shared how to get around with directions. Greg was so easy to contact and answered any questions we had. Condo was clean and comfortable and the views of the bay were awesome day and night. Bonus was sitting at pool and watching golfers tee off on hole 14. We will be back!

Great property and resort

We loved this place. The condo was exactly as pictured and has everything you need. Comfortable couches and bed are important to us and these were great. Very clean and well organized. Golf cart was great to get to Publix and the beach. Greg, the owner responded in minutes to every email. One of the best hosts we have encountered. Enjoyed watching golfers tee off 100 feet in front of us and the water views. We will stay here again.

Wonderful Time

We had such a great stay at the condo. Greg was so informative and answered any questions we had about the area. The condo was just as pictured. Perfect location

Our stay at Rising Joy was incredible. The condo was perfect for the two of us but could easily accommodate at small family. There's plenty of space to spread out. Greg has literally thought of everything you could possibly need. The golf cart is such a great perk. We only needed our car to get from the airport and into Destin otherwise we were on the cart. We will definitely stay here again when we make our way back to the area. Thanks Greg for providing such a wonderful home away from home.

A great vacation rental!!!!

Great interaction with owner and easy to reserved. It was great to have the golf cart to visit all the areas within the resort. The pool was relaxing and very clean. The condo was beautiful and well stocked for anything you could want or need.

This condo was great! The access to all the places in Sandestin was perfect. The golf cart made getting around the resort super easy. The condo had everything we needed to cook a couple meals in.

New Adventure - First trip with handicap friend and her daughter

First trip with friend with limited mobility and her 9 yo daughter. This property was not listed specifically for handicap individual but we chose it because the name "Rising Joy" and excellent communication with owner prior to booking of this condo. Mr. Greg was super patient with answering all questions and communicates very well through the entire process. The long weekend experience - Owner texted us when housekeeping finished from previous visitors and unit ready. Nice score (hour earlier) as we had just finished a late lunch and was just hanging around until check in time. GPS to condo - spot on. Gate personnel were nice, friendly and helpful at all times. Parking directly in front of four unit condo. Parallel parking but also has regular parking just steps away for those of us who do not parallel park. Approximately distance from parking to front steps - 30 feet. Four small steps into unit - this question asked and answered prior by owner communication. We decided this was okay - we would have our friend in a transport wheelchair - myself (57) and my husband (67) still have the ability to assist. Small lift on each step but we managed without issue. Opened door with code access without issue. Code access - easy. First impression - smelled wonderful, very clean, nice starter set-up. Pictures with gray sofa sleeper and loveseat spot on. Small decorative touches, specifically the stuffed bear with Alabama shirt, was an inviting vibe. Roll Tide! (Our favorite team and my home town). Kitchen - nice starter set-up. Bar counter and space - no clutter. Large enough for two without bumping into each other while carrying in drinks and snack items. Closet with trash and other cleaning items. Having a broom, dust pan and mop available in event of a spill/accident - excellent. Refrigerator - very clean. Generous amount of glasses, cups, dining set, flatware and kitchen items. Dining area - table with movable chair for W/C access - nice height for eating and playing Uno for party of four. Living space - comfortable queen sofa sleeper per 9 yo and mother. TV and Wifi - no issues. King BR - comfortable, sheets soft/cozy. Large closet. One bathroom, a tad tight for W/C, but manageable. Shower head - terrific! Small deck - turtle neighbors - fun to watch. Enjoyed the view, peaceful. Pool and golf cart - so much fun. Having both made the trip. Enjoyed our experience to Rising Joy. Will recommend to others. Great vacation value; fresh & clean with focused Covid protocol; comfy, casual decor & furnishings; first floor convenience; beautiful views. So much to do right on the resort with easy access to Sandestin Beach, the Marina, Baytowne Wharf, Grand Blvd., all via the golf cart. Seriously, you may not leave the property once you arrive.
