Dieses charmante Haus mit vier Schlafzimmern befindet sich am westlichen Ende des Strandes. Mit herrlicher Aussicht und einfachem Zugang zu Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten ist dies der perfekte Urlaubsort für eine große Familie oder eine Gruppe von Freunden. Nur drei Kilometer vom Pier Park entfernt. Beinhaltet Zugang zum Strand und Parkplätze für bis zu vier Fahrzeuge. Wachen Sie jeden Morgen von diesem schönen Zuhause zum Golf auf! In diesem geräumigen Haus haben Sie und Ihre Familie viel Platz!

In der ersten Etage befinden sich der Zugang und der Zugang zum Carport. Die zweite Etage des Hauses ist der Hauptwohnbereich mit einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer und einer Küche. Es gibt auch ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Der dritte Stock verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer: das Etagenbett mit zwei Etagenbetten; ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf den Golf und einem Queensize-Bett; und die Master Suite mit Blick auf den Golf, einem Kingsize-Bett und einem eigenen Bad mit Duschkabine. Der dritte Stock hat auch ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Dusche / Badewanne-Kombination.

Das Haus ist ausgestattet mit zentraler Klimaanlage und Heizung, WLAN, einem großen Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und Fernsehern in jedem Schlafzimmer, Gesellschaftsspielen, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner. Es gibt Parkplätze für bis zu vier Fahrzeuge und einen direkten Zugang zum Strand von zu Hause aus.

Mixed review
If you are all about the beach, you cannot beat the location. The house itself was out of date and had several things that needed repair. All appliances need to be replaced. The deck was unsafe in some areas, one landing we could not use and one spindle was broken. The window in the kids room did not lock and the glass was broken. We spent most of our time on the beach and the house is perfect for that.

Needs some attention.
House could use a little attention and some upgrades. Washing machine did not work at all. Both washer and dryer desperately need replaced. Refrigerator also needs replaced due to missing shelves and does not have a lot of places to put groceries. Some of the windows, doors and blinds are broken. Carpet needs replaced due to having several spots of something in it. Also bottom deck platform going to beach is about to fall through. House is in great location and right on beach so that’s always a plus. This was my second time to stay here and would probably stay again as long as somethings were fixed or replaced.

Great Location
The location is great. As stated in previous feedbacks if you are expecting an immaculate up to date place to stay this isn't for you. The location and proximately to the beach is great. Property management company responded to all concerns we had. Overall we liked it but had a few disappointments. Washer did not work, they sent someone out and they said it needed to be replaced. We understood that but after reading other reviews it's apparent it's been broken for quite some time. Also as stated in other review the lint trap in the dryer is still destroyed. We were told the washer and dryer would be replaced the Tuesday after we left so I'm curious if that happened. If you don't care about laundry then it's not a big deal. Couple closet doors were broke and bedroom door that has bunk beds was completely broken off. We were told those will be prepared also. Toilet seat in master bath was also broken and again they said it will be repaired. They said they would repair while we were there but we didn't want to have random repair people coming and going through the house during our stay. There are still no shelves in refrigerator and it would randomly leak out of the water dispenser. We learned just to leave a towel in front of it. Air conditioning worked great, oven and stove worked. Overall we did enjoy our time there and if you aren't picky about somethings we recommend it. If you you want to watch TV we would recommend bringing a Roku or something similar.

Don’t let some of the negative reviews scare you!
This place was great! Would stay again anytime! All the negative reviews concerned us, but we took a chance and rolled the dice and came up winners! Sure there are little things that are broken, dirty or missing……but the beachfront view, location and no neighbors on one side make up for all that! We had a great week in a great house! Any contact we had with the property manager went well with prompt email responses and cordial phone calls. If you are someone who can look at a glass half full, then this house is for you! If you are expecting a 5 star hotel, then you will have a list of issues and miss the best part of this house…..the view!

Do not stay!!!
We had a couple of issues and tried to contact property management. They will not answer to return calls emails or text. VRBO tried to contact the property management as well and couldn’t get to anyone. The house needs updated horribly and needs a deep cleaning. I read the reviews and thought for sure they take better care of their properties but no they don’t. The shower was missing a panel so water went on floor and the cabinet on kitchen was about to fall. The dishwasher falls when you pull out to load dishes. The microwave is about to fall out and the washer does not work. I bet when I put a fraudulent charge on my credit card they would start returning calls!!!

The only good things about this house was the location and 3 of the rooms had balconies. It was awful because it was not clean at all. You couldn’t even walk barefoot on the carpet or the tile flooring it was so gross and carpet wet. The carpet was stained everywhere. The bathrooms were nasty the toilets had hair and could tell they hadn’t been cleaned nor the mirrors or showers. The showers had mold and residue all over them and the doors of showers. The inside of the refrigerator was gross and no shelves in the doors. The oven didn’t work the whole time they sent someone twice and still didn’t get fixed and the first time he didn’t even look at it. We literally wasted around $200 on food to be cooked and couldn’t so we had to throw it all away. Then the sliding doors to the balconies were super hard to open and close. The ceiling above of the bedroom balconies the wood was coming thru. There was mold all down the walls in the master bathroom closet. Exposed wires when you walk out to go to the beach. The furniture on the balconies was inside furniture not outdoor. Hardly any silverware when suppose to accommodate 10 people. The dryer vent tray was completely tore apart so lent was all over our clothes when we dried them. Counters I’m kitchen was so nasty and the dining room table the same way. The wifi didn’t work at all. No cable or direct tv. Not at all in two rooms. So couldn’t even hook our own internet to them. The sheets and comforters had to be taken off bc nasty.

The view from this house was absolutely amazing. Right on the beach and a balcony in almost every room. A very spacious house as well. It is great for family vacations, especially larger families. Although, it is very outdated. A lot of broken appliances. That was frustrating but it didn't ruin the trip. We worked around it and did have to go out a buy stuff for the house.. Worth it for the view, but I wouldn't have wanted to stay for longer than we did.

Location is perfect!
The location is perfect. The house overall met our needs but is in desperate need of updating. The carpet was very stained throughout and there was mold in the closet. There is no outside lighting making finding the house in the dark difficult. The television in the living room did not work which was not a big deal but would have been more so with kids. There was plenty of parking which was a huge plus! A little TLC would go a long way.

Poorly Maintained and Crowded
The communication with the property manager was excellent. She was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. The location of the property was deceiving in the pictures. It is actually located between 2 large condos/hotels - and the beach is shared and full of people unless you go first thing in the morning or late in the evening. It does not have its own private beach. The other reviews already mentioned the property being poorly maintained with several things not in working order and sliding doors extremely hard to open - also the furniture is old and broken down. We would not stay here again - is very overpriced for the location and condition it is in.

Location and access to the beach = 10/10, highly recommended. The house itself….nope.
You’re really just paying for location and access. The access to the beach is absolutely GORGEOUS. The house needs to be torn down and rebuilt. It’s old, never been remodeled. Gross carpet, broken door handles, random wires hanging all around the ceilings, ummm BUGS including flying roaches in the house 😑. Hot water was HOT and the air was COLD so that was a plus. Cooking here was difficult. Broken dishwasher. Just an overall dump. But I’ve actually seen worse. This house needs lots and lots of TLC but the location saves it. A little pricey also.

Great location, great space, LOVE the balconies! However there were a lot of broken or non-working items. No outside lights worked, ALL of the sliding doors were extremely difficult to open or close. But, the parking was good, there was an outdoor shower and hose to wash off your feet, and the location was great! It was pricey but I’d consider staying again.

Would NOT stay here again
Rather than a long rant, I'll just list the problems. We weren't expecting a 5-star hotel, but this was not worth the thousands of dollars we paid for it. They clearly don't care. - mold in the air vents - dust caked on ceiling fans - handle is broken off on the main sliding door to the deck. - other sliding door to the balcony on the main floor is insanely difficult to open and close - tons of ants living in the cracks above the sliding door to the balcony - multiple broken windows, one held together with painters tape - one washcloth for 8 guests. one. - dishwasher is literally falling apart - only like 6 or 7 forks (again for 8 guests) - coffeemaker literally leaks two cups of water every time you brew a full pot. - ceiling fan in the bunkbed room is literally falling apart, about to fall out of the ceiling= Two positives: - Air conditioner worked great. - Hot water was great. (See, I can be positive. I didn't even mention the mysterious stains in the carpet in multiple places. Carpet. In a beach house. CARPET.)

Some good, some not so good.
The Good: Loved the floor plan with expansive ocean views from nearly every room. There is only sand between the house and the water and the house feels spacious. Balconies from the bedrooms and living room, and of the nearby properties and condos, this one felt like it had the best and most private beach access. The Bad: The house has maintenance and cleanliness issues. Multiple items were in disrepair none of which affected my enjoyment of the property. There were, however, cleanliness issues. The house smells like mildew… probably from having a carpeted house on the beach? (WHY????) and things like there was childrens slime embedded in the master BR carpet.

The inside is a little dated and worn and needs a few things repaired (cracked windows, stained carpets, broken blinds), but the view and steps to the beach makes up for it. Literally out the back door and on the beach, which is most important to me. I would definitely book it again.

Location great, communication not great
You couldn’t ask for a better location. The house is right on the beach. There are chairs, umbrellas, floats, etc. provided which were really nice to have. The house was clean but dated. Downstairs bathroom seems to have been partially updated and shower was nice. There was an infestation of ants in the kitchen, so we had to be really careful with food. Also the dishwasher trays had been broken, so we couldn’t pull them out and had to wash dishes by hand. There was no communication with property manager. We sent a message on Vrbo and called, but there was no return on either account. If you have an issue, I’m not sure it will be addressed. Again, the house’s location really can’t be beat, but don’t expect it to be top tier interior or exterior. I do feel like the price is a little steep for the issues and lack of communication. We had a good time, and we were happy overall.

If you are looking for a place right on the beach with nice views and easy access to the beach then this is a good place. This sums up the pros of this place. If you care even remotely of the inside and safety of the place you are staying, you may want to reconsider. First, this rental has carpet and it is nasty which is to be expected at a BEACH condo. It has stains and a wet, muggy feeling because of the wet sand soaking in over time. Overall, it needs updating in painting, furniture, leaky windows, etc). Secondly, we did not feel completely safe at this property. We had an accident on the balcony because someone sat on one of the balcony chairs and it completely collapsed. The chair was filled with rust and collapsed in an instance. If my grandma sat on this chair, it could have been a trip to the hospital. All other chairs were indoor chairs that were not suitable for a beach balcony. Even though there were great views, the balconies were not comfortable to be on. This also includes the rusty nails and a few missing balcony posts that a small kid could easily fall through. To add to the safety issues, there were multiple places with exposed wires, leaking window in the downstairs bathroom, and drooping rafters on the top balcony. Overall, this place needs major cosmetic and structural maintenance for the safety and comfort of their guests. I would not recommend especially for the price you pay.

Had an awesome time at this vacation home!
We just love this property. The view during the day and night is just terrific. The A/C and hot water worked really well. We love having a beach view from practically every room in the house except the one bedroom facing the street which our children love the bunk beds setup. The bathrooms are spacious. We love to cook and everything was in working order. We would definitely rent this property again in future.

This house is perfectly located. There's a decent distance from the condos on either side, so the beach never felt crowded. That may also be because we visited as soon as the Covid-19 restrictions ended, but we never had to jockey for beach space. The grocery store is close by, and Pier Park is a short drive. The house layout was lovely. The four balconies all had the perfect view of the sunset every night. There was plenty of space for us to spread out inside. The downstairs shower backed up and was unusable for our stay. That was inconvenient. Also, the bathrooms need a good cleaning. The shower tiles in all of them had mildew stains, which were pretty gross. I docked a star because I was extremely irritated at the exorbitant fees. I've been a regular customer of VRBO for at least five years. I looked back and compared comparable sized houses I've rented in the past and I've NEVER been charged a "registration fee" on top of the service fee, mandatory damage protection fee, processing fee...and the housekeeping fee was double the highest I've ever paid. That was especially aggravating considering the dirty bathrooms. I'm assuming it's because they use a management company and everyone has to get their cut. Just beware, plan to pay about triple the amount listed as the "average nightly rate" after all of the fees are tacked on.
