Schöne neue 4 Schlafzimmer, 4, 5 Badezimmer en suite Villa mit privatem Garten und Tauchbecken, die Platz für bis zu 9 Gäste in Playa Langosta Beach bietet. Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Mitte der beiden schönen Sandstrände von Tamarindo und Langosta. Kann als 3 für weniger gemietet werden.

Die Küche ist komplett mit Granitoberflächen, Edelstahlgeräten wie Geschirrspüler, Heißluftofen, Mikrowelle und kleineren Geräten ausgestattet. Der Speisesaal ist mit erstaunlichem Dekor eingerichtet und ein seltener Guanacaste-Tisch bietet Platz für bis zu 9 Gäste. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über zwei Sofas, Stühle und einen Flachbildfernseher. Sie können fernsehen oder in der Küche sein und die Kinder sicher im Schwimmbad spielen sehen. Die Waschküche befindet sich auf dem Flur neben der großen Treppe und der hohen Decke, die zum zweiten Stock und zu zwei weiteren Schlafzimmern mit Bad führt. Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbildfernseher und ein sehr geräumiges Badezimmer. Das Zimmer hat eine eigene Terrasse und direkten Zugang zum Pool. Im zweiten Stock finden Sie ein weiteres großes Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, Bad, Abstellraum, Flachbildfernseher und zwei großen Terrassentüren. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Etagenbett, ein Doppel- und ein Queensize-Bett, beide mit Blick auf den Garten und das große Obergeschoss Terrasse. Alle Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Haus ist voll ausgestattet. Das vierte Schlafzimmer in der Suite befindet sich separat am Eingang innerhalb des Grundstücks, nur wenige Meter von der Haupttür entfernt und ist mit einer Alarmanlage, einem großen Kleiderschrank, einem Safe, einem Vollbad und einem Queensize-Bett sowie einem Flachbildfernseher, WLAN, einem Deckenventilator und einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. C und ein Schreibtisch.

Vila Langosta Del Mar liegt in der Nähe des Ozeans. Der Weg befindet sich direkt neben der Villa und führt Sie zum 400 m entfernten Meer bei Playa Langosta. Gehen Sie 500 Meter in Richtung Tamarindo und Sie befinden sich am Strand von Tamarindo. 300 m von der Villa entfernt finden Sie ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und eine Sportbar mit großartigem Essen. Great vacation; disappointing hospitality

Our family had a wonderful few weeks together enjoying everything that the Tamarindo area has to offer. The house was very comfortable. The pool was the perfect activity for all and Santa found the children. There is so much anger and ugliness in our world these days that I dislike a need to criticize. We had some unsettling confrontation with the owner of the property. Perhaps there are reasons we are unaware of that she is struggling with and we took the brunt of her unhappiness. Sad.Communication was generally unfriendly. We broke glass on the coffee table just as we were departing and we fully intended to pay for replacement. But we were then falsely accused of other damages. I filed a dispute with VRBO but, as expected, they sided with their client. I do not want to ruin my memories of a fun vacation with my family due to this owner’s malfeasance. The remodel mostly consisted of a fresh coat of paint inside and out. Half of the yard is basically unusable due to the addition of a rock surface and painful to walk on. The bedrooms are in dire need of new mattresses and pillows. Linens are tired and there is need of mattress pads. We covered with notepaper the cameras that are in every room. There is need for outdoor building maintenance. Twice we had fascia boards fall from the roof into the pool area which was concerning. None of these problems for us were taken into consideration when the owner filed claims against us. Very sad ending.

Paradise!

We spent an amazing week at Villa Langosta Del Mar! The property is spacious, spotless and incredible. It was a short ride to the city centre but in a quiet area. The pool was lovely! Claudia was amazingly helpful in helping us plan a golf cart rental, day trips and dinner reservations. The communication was 5 star! I would highly recommend this property!

Amazing vacation experience!

We chose this amazing villa to celebrate my birthday and my niece's birthday! The villa was beautiful and exactly as described. Claudia communicated with us from the first booking all the way through the end of our trip. She arranged our ground transportation from and to the airport and our transportation around the town via golf carts. I highly recommend this! She also assisted with restaurants and other local attractions. We were there during the rainy season and she arranged and paid for us to go to a private beach club since the pool wasn't available after a tropical storm. I highly recommend this villa and the team that supports it. 10 out of 10!

Best House on the Block!

My husband and I stayed in this 5 bedroom house for 6 weeks and absolutely loved it! Very close to restaurants, beaches and bars! The property manager, Claudia, was very accommodating for all of our needs! This is a must rent especially if you have a large families and/or group of friends you want to invite🎉

Wonderful family vacation at Villa Langosta!

Perfectly laid out property for our family group of 4 adult couples. The pool was perfect temperature. The neighborhood was tranquil yet a short and pleasant walk from everything...shops, bars, restaurants, beaches. Claudia arranged everything from transportation to and from the airport and the golf course, golf carts for bopping around town, cleaning service, stocked villa as per our request and as well she was our chef for 2 amazing meals! Both Claudia and Samuel were so responsive to our queries and requests...they made everything so easy.

Unsafe, Robbery while asleep, Lack of follow through with promised refund from property manager

For your safety and to not be overcharged by dishonest means I do not recommend Claudia as your property manager. Two of the four couples were robbed while we were sleeping at this property. A police report was filed. Over six sliding doors for easy access, safety deposit boxes that do not work well, and bedroom doors without working locks make this home a thief’s dream. We consistently checked that all of the outside doors were locked. With the robbery not taking place due to our negligence we were promised a full refund by Claudia, the property manager. We only received 40% back after over a month of trying to get Claudia to do as promised. She would state it was on its way, but nothing came and only after VRBO was contacting her we would receive some actual effort. Prior to all of this Claudia suggested to not go through VRBO before the trip. She stated this would be cheaper, but this was not true. It was much cheaper to go through VRBO, and I still had to convince her not to overcharge me for an extra room in the home that the VRBO site said was covered. Dishonesty and lack of concern for our safety was apparent with Claudia’s words and actions.

Excellent 5 Day stay at Villa Langosta Del Mar!

Very easy and straightforward check in process. Villa location was a short drive over to the main beach. We used golf carts to get there and back to make things easier. Pool is perfect, backyard is very private. One lounger chair by the pool was broken, so only 2 chairs were available for use during our stay, but there were other outdoor chairs that worked well. Would Recommend if you’re looking to be away from the noice and bustle of Tamarindo, but close enough to enjoy all the benefits!

Wonderful spacious private villa nested in the heart of Playa Langosta

Me my wife and our 3 young kids rented this home in April. We were greeted by Samuel handsome lovely man late at night. His wife Claudia booked tours for us. She also took care of our transportation. We ended up renting a golf cart for a few days and a car to be able to explore other beaches. She called us a few times to make sure everything was alright with us. We always felt safe. Kids loved the plunge pool and we enjoyed the large outdoor sofa. The house is very spacious and all rooms very private all with bathroom. Kitchen fully equipped with all a chef would need including basic spices. Wifi was excellent and Javier came to take care of the plants and we also hired extra maid cleaning and a chef recommended by Claudia. Both beaches Langosta and Tamarindo were walking distance. Monkeys were near during sunset. You can be sure that you’ll be taken care of. Again thanks guys! We will returning next year. Also know that condos next door are done almost with construction there are doing the pool area. N.

Look no further!!!

What can I say! Claudia and her husband were delightful. We arrived in Tamarindo a day early (by accident), they jumped to our needs right away, within minutes met us at their offices, and ran over to clean the house and let us in a day early. We were a large group and were dreading having to find last minute accommodations for everyone. We arrived to the house to Claudia personally dusting to get it ready for us. She then had lovely cleaners come the next day to tidy the already spotless house. She gave us great recommendations for food and activities. I highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around town. The space was perfect for four couples. We loved the fully stocked kitchen, AC throughout, and the pool and comfortable yard furniture. The detached casita with private entrance was great for those wanting extra privacy. The place was very secure and safe. Tamarindo was a fun town and we will be back! Don't miss the famous sunsets! Family Time in Costa Rica

Villa Langosta del Mar was the perfect villa for four adults and one toddler. The pool is just the right size to socialize, spend quality family time and cool down. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to do some cooking for ourselves. We pre-ordered groceries, and they were there when we arrived. Although we spent most beach days at the main Tamarindo Beach, there is a wonderful 'lagoon' within walking distance of the villa. We also ate at the local pizzaria twice - they were so nice. Claudia arranged a van from the San Jose area to our Villa, coming and going. Although it was a 4+ hour ride, the van accommodations were great. A good in between

We enjoyed having a larger house with private pool and backyard just outside of town. We also liked having two different beaches nearby - not something you get if you are right in town. We had a couple minor issues at the house and Claudia was extremely responsive and resolved the issue immediately. All in all, it was a clean and comfortable house.

A beautiful, safe, well maintained home, in a great location.

Our family spent the week of New Year 2019 in this villa and I would highly recommend it for a family or a group of adult couples. It is in a peaceful and serene location yet walking distance to the "action" in Tamarindo. We were three generations and were all able to enjoy ourselves tremendously. At no point did we feel crowded or on top of each other. Claudia is a knowledgeable and helpful host who goes all out to fulfill every request, even taking the time to find solutions to scheduling conflicts. We are a well travelled family with members living in various parts of the world. Every year, we try to get everyone together over the New Year. This is the first time we have returned home feeling like we did not have enough time. It was that good. Thanks, Claudia and Samuel.

Wonderful villa near the beach!

We had a wonderful time at our stay in Tamarindo Beach in the Villa Langosta Del Mar. The house was a very nice size and the Casita was great as well for needed privacy, since it has a private entrance. If we had any issues we contacted management and everything was addressed with no issues. Each room has ample privacy with their own private bath and our kids enjoyed the bunk bed room as well. We used the Wifi and washer/dryer daily with no problems.

Great owners and great house

Villa Langosta was an excellent house with great owners. We had an issue with the wi-fi upon arrival. Sam was their to greet us and fixed immediately. Claudia was awesome setting everything up. From a car rental to all of our excursions. The house was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this house for a great family vacation. We would use this house again. Beautiful property

This was our second visit to Tamarindo. There has been a lot of construction since our visit four years ago and we're happy that the area is thriving. Some people complained about the construction but we weren't bothered by it--just happy for the economic health of the people. The house was fantastic. There were only four of us so we had more than enough room and privacy. The house is clean and Claudia et al were helpful although we really didn't need much. The a/c in the living area stopped working one night but it was late so we went to bed and it was working again in the morning. I highly recommend this beautiful vacation home. Thank you, Claudia.

Great house, great location, great property manager!

We stayed for one week with 4 adults and 5 children aged 12-18. The home was spacious, clean, modern, and conveniently located. This was our first time in Tamarindo. Claudia and Samuel were very helpful from the moment we arrived. They organized very fun excursions for us. They were also quick to repair a door that came off track. We were in good hands. My only criticism is no fault of the property, but there is a lot of construction going on in the area from morning till night. Nothing major but constant mild noise. We really enjoyed Langosta beach, which was a very short walk from the house. We saw monkeys several times. It was a very relaxing and chill vacation. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect for my family of 5

This property was very clean and in a great location. The pool was smaller than I expected, it's about half the size of what I would consider a standard sized pool. Even so, I had a great time with my 3 kids as it was plenty big to cool down. Everything was in great working order and Claudia and Samuel were very responsive and helpful in getting us settled and setting us up with excursions. FYI - there is a lot of construction noise. I would 100% stay here again, very nice property.

Was absolutely fantastic

The home was as expected. Great kitchen and the BBQ was used a lot during our stay. Pool was perfect for early morning and late evening dips, great for cooling off during the day as well. Had a problem a safe and it was taken care of immediately, just a phone call or email and everything was taken care of. The location was great - walked into Tamarindo via beach and road. We rented a car and was glad we did for groceries etc. Small store within walking distance but we went to larger location. Back yard is very quiet, odd dog barking and there was a bit of construction but nothing to be bothersome. The only thing I would suggest is that the air conditioning is started before we arrived, the house was very stuffy and hot upon arrival. Not a big deal but would have been more comfortable for arrival. Claudia, Gaby and Samuel were fantastic and took great care of us and answered my endless questions and great patience. I would definitely rent another property from Alliance and recommend them.

Playa Langosta is very quiet and very close to both Langosta and Tamarindo beaches. While at the house you hear only the birds, monkeys and sometimes the waves. Nice breeze, secluded and very private.

The location of the house is fantastic, providing privacy and quiet while at the same time very close to the beach and the restaurants of Langosta. The house is equipped with a state of the art security system and a large surrounding wall for complete privacy and security. There are 3 internet extenders for access to WiFi in all areas of the house. 2 water reserve tank, a phone line, walk to Tamarindo beach one mile away or rent golf carts with us!
