Meine 4-Zimmer-Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend von Surprise Arizona, einem Vorort von Phoenix, mit Blick auf einen schönen Park und Spielplatz gelegen. Der Westen Hinterhof mit Blick umfasst eine überdachte Terrasse, Grillplatz, Feuerstelle und einen großen beheizten Pool.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und ist offen für die große Familie TV-Bereich mit einem Wrap-around-Couch und Sofa. Host-Abendessen für Ihre Freunde und Familie in der übergroßen Speisesaal. Das Erdgeschoss enthält auch eine Höhle mit einem eigenen TV, und eine dreiteilige Waschraum.
Das Obergeschoss Master-Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und zwei Waschbecken im Bad. Es gibt zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und das vierte hat ein Etagenbett. Eine dreiteilige Waschraum mit großen Wäscheschrank ist auch auf der oberen Etage.
Zwei Klimaanlagen und ein Ofen halten das Haus auf eine angenehme Temperatur das ganze Jahr über.

Spring Break Golf

Fantastic stay with our women’s college golf team from Minnesota. Bill is great to work with and the house has plenty or room for 10 if you’re ok with sharing beds. Pool area is great…we should have heated it despite mid 80’s daytime temperatures.

Great overall Experience

We really enjoyed our stay in Suprise, Az. The town is clean with a good pace. Lots of food options and some great entertainment and hikes available! We stayed for Spring Training and the house is right down the road from the facility. We were able to attend games and go early for practice. Couldn't recommend this any higher for any Ranger / Royals fans!!

Plenty of room

This place was great for our visit for spring training baseball. Unfortunately, it was a little cool so we did not get to enjoy the backyard with the pool.I love the fact that there are simple things in the cupboard like spices, which makes it easier to cookI’m definitely staying here next year

Fantastic Surprise home!

Beautiful home with pool! Everything we could have needed was here - even better than the pictures and description. Stores and activities all nearby. Beautiful golf courses! The host, Bill, was very helpful and responsive! Loved our time here!

A great house in a great location!

This is a large, well appointed and very clean house in a great location. We rented for the month of March. Bill the owner was very responsive in helping to make this a great stay. We would definitely rent again.

Very nice home in Surprise

My family of six stayed at this nice home in Surprise, Arizona to attend Spring Training. The owner is very communicative and helpful. The home is spacious, comfortable, and clean with a very nice location. The back patio with a pool and fire pit is very nice. The price was right as well--great value. We definitely recommend and can think of nothing negative at all.

Perfect for us!

We loved our stay at this house. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of bath and pool towels. The pool was fabulous! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. Very comfortable stay. Hope to return again.

Bob was very easy to work with when renting his home . The home was very nice , Clean, and well stocked . The pool was a hit ! Shopping was convenient. We have been renting VRBO for over 10 years . This would rank high on our list . Would Recommend.

Holidays with Family

This property was in a perfect location and size for our children and grandchildren that came to visit over the holidays. Although the weather was chilly and rainy, the heated pool still got used by the silly grandchildren. The home is very spacious and beautifully decorated. There is a great park right across the street and the location is great for dining, groceries, etc. Would definitely use again. Bill was very responsive and helpful as well.

Wonderful stay

Even better than it looks! Spotless and immaculately cleaned. Very comfortable and elegantly furnished and decorated inside and out. Mattresses are comfortable and firm. Kitchen more than fully stocked. Lots of towels and extra bedding. Loved keurig but also had coffee pot. Pool heat was requested and totally comfortably warm. Pump shut off 1st evening but Bill was in total communication and had ppl over to look at it promptly that night and checked on again the next morning. He knew that a warm pool was an important part of our trip and was right on it. It was due to a storm, and leaves in pool plugging up the water filter as the reason and ‘‘twas resolved quickly. Bill checked on our arrival and comfort with respect and as a great landlord. Will be back ! 😀

Wonderful house

We could not have asked for a better house for our family gathering! Lots of room, great layout, and a truly well-stocked kitchen. (There are abundant dishes, pots, pans, and sharp knives, which made cooking a joy.) There are no steps on the first floor, which was great when our older parents came over to visit. We loved using the gas-heated pool, fire pit, and grassy park right across the street. Communication with the owner Bill was great from start to finish. We appreciated the detailed instructions for the house and the coded entry, which meant we didn’t need to wrangle physical keys. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again sometime!

Awesome stay!

We came down for Spring Training (Go Royals!!) and really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, beautiful, and roomy. The kids loved the pool! We loved sitting by the fire pit at night and grilling outside. There were flowering orange trees on the side of the house that smelled AMAZING. House had a beautiful park right across the street. Very nice area. Bill was great to work with. We will stay here again!

Great place!

We booked for a week for a business offsite with senior staff from our firm. The house is great. There is lots of room and it is very well appointed. The location worked very well for afternoon golf and activities after our morning meetings. We will be back for sure!

Clean, spacious, great neighborhood.

This house was the perfect size for our group of 4 adults and 4 small children. The master bedroom was huge and the remaining bedrooms were also plenty big. The house had all the supplies we could have needed. Our kids loved the house as well. Our only hiccup was the pool heater was not working so we were unable to use the pool which is one of the reasons we chose this location. We reached out to the owner who was prompt with responses but we were still unable to get it fixed over our 13 night stay. The neighborhood is great and it’s close to plenty of shopping. Just a short drive from the mountains too!

Amazing home in Surprise

We had a great stay in this spacious house. There is lots of room for people to spread out throughout the house. The den is great for reading in the mornings, with lots of natural light and a gorgeous family park as a backdrop. We really enjoyed the outdoor space for lounging and entertaining around the pool at any time of the day. The large fire pit allowed six of us the gather around on the cool evenings. The house is located within 5 to 10 minutes of lots of grocery stores and restaurants. We have already booked our next stay with Bill for next year.

We had a fantastic time in our rental home in Surprise. We stayed there last year and returned this year also and will be returning again next year. The home is perfect.....nice big pool, large living space with 4 bedrooms...kitchen is very large( gas range, stainless steel and granite)....what's not to like?? The owner is so friendly and takes care of any issues promptly. My husband and I fully recommend this home. Oh, also the location is perfect for getting to Sun City, Sun City West and the surrounding Phoenix area😊
