In a prime location that's only minutes from all of the DC action as well as the fabulous life of historic Del Ray and Old Town Alexandria. This row house features two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
The townhome lies in a charming historic neighborhood with a familial atmosphere, that's a 3-minute walk to a public playground at Hume Springs Park. There is a lovely park and nature reserve that begins at the end of the street, which includes the Four Mile Run trail that you can use to cycle safely all the way into Washington D.C.
The house is only a short ~5 minutes drive to the subway station, walking distance to city bus stops, or a short Uber cab ride to anywhere in DC and northern VA from this ideally located home. We are also only a short 15-minute walk or very quick ride to the Potomac Yard Center, where you can find all the fan favorite staples: Target, Home Goods, Best Buy, Tj Maxx, and an Amazon Fresh.

Part of the former incorporated town of the Potomac, this property is in a bustling, historic area with plenty of restaurants, shops, bars, and other businesses close at hand. The Birchmere concert hall is just four minutes away, and Arlington, where you can visit the Air Force Memorial and the National Cemetery, is only 15 minutes away.
The house is located in a diverse neighborhood, just two blocks off the vibrant Arlandria strip. More hipster friendly food, coffee, yoga, etc, can be found 20 a min walk away in Del Ray.
Getting Around:
5-minute drive (22-min walk) to Potomac Yard METRO subway station on the BLUE/YELLOW Lines
11-minute drive to either Braddock Rd or Crystal City METRO subway stations on the BLUE/YELLOW Lines
