Welcome to Gordon Head in the City of Saanich. This 3 bedroom family home is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood and is available for longer term stays; 30 day plus stays. The house is fully furnished and set up as the perfect home away from home. Close proximity to schools, parks, shopping, UVIC/Camosun College and transit.
Welcome to this charming family home located in the desirable Gordon Head neighbourhood.
Guest will stay on the main level of the house. This level features 3 spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, hardwood floors, Smart TV, and large windows that fill the house with natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals. There is a large deck located off the dining room and in warmer weather is furnished with outdoor furniture for the ultimate indoor - outdoor living. Guests are welcome to use the BBQ.
The house will accommodate 6 guests maximum.

The second bathroom is located in the main hallway and has a tub/shower combo.
The washer/dryer is located on the lower level of the house. Guests have access to the laundry room.

The property is mature and surrounded by gardens and tress.
House Rules:
No pets
No smoking, vaping, cannabis use in the house or on the property.
No parties or events
No camping allowed on the property
No RV or Campers allowed to be parked on the street in front of the house or on the property
No more than 4 vehicles allowed
The lower level of the house is not available for guests, except the laundry room
Guest are not permitted to have their mail sent to this address
Guests will use a keyless entry system for self check-in and check-out

This house is managed by a vacation home property management company.
Guests will correspond with a member from the guest services team.
There is a flight of stairs that lead to the main level. The house may not be suitable for guests with mobility restrictions.
The fireplaces in the home are not functional.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the BBQ after each use. They are also responsible for refilling the propane tank.
Guests must follow the City trash/recycling/organics schedule as per the City bylaws. This includes taking the bins to the curb for City pick-up.
Guest must appropriately recycling/manage their refundable such as pop cans, wine bottle, liquor bottles.
