★ RISK OF NOISE★
This unit is in the center of the action so there is a risk of noise. Underground this building has a nightclub and many busy restaurants and stores.

★ NO ELEVATOR IN THIS BUILDING★
This unit is on the top floor so there is a need for walking up stairs to access your unit.
