The small side yard has with a fire pit and camp chairs, as well as a fish cleaning area out back.
This cottage is at the back of a larger property that has a large commercial garage and a 2-story home (also for rent!). Please respect the shared backyard, as the larger home also has a fire pit that renters may be enjoying.
Sleeping accommodations for two in the queen Murphy bed (standard, comfortable pillow top mattress)- additional guest would require air bed (twin provided in closet), or a small child could also sleep on the loveseat / couch.
Clean, well-behaved pets are allowed, and a nominal pet fee applies. Must be crated while parents are away :)
