Perfect place for family

We stayed here during the off season. Felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Got a little busier on the weekend but overall it was super quiet and relaxing. Condo was fantastic. Had all the amenities that you need. With the property being double gated we felt secure. Would definitely stay again.

Family vacation late January early February

Property is as appears in the photos, main pool is incredible, beach is beautiful. Only negatives about experience is that the beds are very stiff/hard so if you don’t like that it will be crappy sleeping. Also the beach is hit hard by seaweed. It’s every wear and impacts the enjoyment of the beach. There is also a lot of garbage washing up on shore and floating in the ocean. Not the rentals fault but it’s a little shocking. Also we used taxis to get to/from downtown Playa and it’s currently $300pesos each way.

Perfect place for relaxing & beach time

This was just what we needed for our group of 4 adults & one two year old. The unit was spacious including the two bedrooms, and the third smaller room worked perfect for our little guy, plus the bonus third bathroom tucked in there - always nice to have. We were well taken care of! Nice services available like grocery delivery & restaurants on site as well. All staff was helpful & courteous. There was a decent amount of work going on in different buildings on the property (including ours) but it never felt like a big distraction or disruption to what we were doing. The beach did have some seaweed but was much better than other areas that we saw, there was plenty of beautiful white soft sand to play in & build sandcastles. The large pool was amazing! We could be in it from morning to night & be very comfortable. We had a rental car & found it easy to navigate from the property to town & other places we wanted to visit.

Enjoyed our time

We really enjoyed our time at 601N. The property was as described, nice furnishings, lovely bathrooms. All necessary necessary kitchen appliances were available. Will stay again, if ever return to the area!

Beautiful Resort

Mareazul is a home run type resort 1st class all the way on a fairly quiet beach North of Playa Del Carmen. Two security check points to enter. The resort is inside Corasol Golf Resort. It’s like a resort inside a resort. The unit was exceptionally clean and the management easy to work with always look for something negative but the only thing I could say is the shower in the guest bath and very low pressure probably just need to clean the showerhead strainer. I will be going back in the future.

Nice Apartment!

Apartment is exactly as described. We had an amazing time here, clean and very nice people all around. Franchesca was very helpful and answered all of our questions, and the reception staff were also increbidle helpful. Only tiny issue was the hot water at night, but it wasn’t a big deal. Highly recommended.

Nice place, quick drive to downtown

Lovely place to stay for a week! The resort is beautiful with multiple pools, lots of Security on the beach and in Playa, so it was very safe. The place has no private pool though - it's 2ft deep by 3ft wide and is a pretty feature but you can't swim in it. The VRBO Ad is misleading but it was gorgeous to sit on the porch and look out over the 'private pool' that you can't swim in! Cons: There were 0 items in the pantry - no coffee, salt/pepper, no measuring cup; plan to spend your first morning finding a grocery store. We stayed in Oct when hurricanes were hitting other parts of the world and got water flooding in. They'll hopefully fix that when the storms are over. Make sure to visit as many Cenotes as you can; the ones on the way to Tulum are great. We also spent an overnight in Vallalodid (at Verde Morada hotel, which is DEVINE!!) visiting Chichin Itza and cenotes there, definitely worth it!!

We have enjoyed our stay. Apartment is nice and large. Kids had fun playing in the pool right off of patio area. Location is great too! Close to shopping and parks.
