Unser Ziel bei Reunion Stay ist es, Ihnen einen exquisiten Veranstaltungsort zu bieten, der Sie und Ihre Gäste in eine Welt von Luxus, Stil und unvergesslicher Umgebung entführt.

Das Anwesen verfügt über 13.000 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche mit 13 Schlafzimmern (5 Kingsize- / 6 Queensize- / 2 Twin-Betten), 11 Badezimmern und einem zusätzlichen (Event-) Raum, der nach Belieben genutzt werden kann.

Die Liegenschaft befindet sich auf einem 7 Hektar großen Grundstück und bietet ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten für 100 Autos oder mehr sowie mehr als 20 Parkplätze auf asphaltierten Flächen.

Wir sind ca. 20 Autominuten von Nashville entfernt.

Jedes Schlafzimmer wurde mit Memory-Schaum-Matratzen ausgestattet, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie jeden Morgen nach einer erholsamen Nachtruhe frisch und verjüngt aufwachen.

In 2 separaten Küchen finden Sie alles, was Sie zum bequemen Servieren von Mahlzeiten benötigen. Ein Gasgrill befindet sich im Freien.

Sie können in den großen (beheizten) Pool springen (separate Gebühr für die Nutzung des beheizten Pools), der mit 2 Rutschen ausgestattet ist (eine kurze, eine 60 Fuß lange (lange Rutsche verfügbar von Mai bis Oktober)), oder sich in den Pool erfrischen entspannender Whirlpool.

Great Golf Trip

We had 16 guys on a golf trip. It could not have been a better spot. There was enough room to spread out along with plenty of space to hang out. Monica is an awesome host who asked everyday what she could do better. If available, we will book again next year.

Great place for a Reunion

We had our family come into town from all over the country to find a great place to unwind inside and out. The pool was perfect for the kiddos and those hot days. The inside was full of activities rain or shine even on those extremely hot days. A great location with shops and restaurants less than a mile away to get whatever you need. So many said should go ahead and book this place again right now. It had everything we needed. .

Family Trip

We had a large family group of 24 adults & 5 kids that stayed. A few things kept this stay from being a 5. Pros first: Home mgr. is great & responds immediately to issues. There are 4 bedrooms on the main level which is great for anyone that can't do steps. Lots of bedrooms/bathrooms so everyone has privacy. The location is minutes away from a large grocery store & activities. Cons: The AC can't keep up with the summer heat. The first night the 3rd floor of the home was over 80 degrees. We arrived at 4 pm and it was after midnight before it got below 80. The 1st & 2nd floors were also too warm. We noticed that each day of our stay the temp on the 2nd & 3rd floors would increase to 77 or 78 in the afternoon no matter what each of the units (I think there are 4-5 units) were set to. Home mgr offered to have someone out to check the units & we declined. Property needs TLC - too few pool chaise lounges & the ones there were pretty beat up and had a lot of mildew. Chairs for the table in the kitchen are stained and one had very loose legs. The home was clean but you can tell it is a very busy rental and things are very used. A couple things didn't work (coffee maker and TV) but the property manager immediately replaced them. One of the reasons we booked the home was a feature that was no longer there - a slip and slide that went into the pool. We were very disappointed to see it missing when we arrived. Overall a good stay and we enjoyed it but needs some attn to match pics.

Lovely Place to Gather

This space was amazing to host our work retreat. Super close to shopping and restaurants and the highway for a quick jaunt into downtown. Plenty of space for our motley crew of 18 to have personal space and congregate together as well. The host was always available for anything.

Beautiful Retreat Space!

Incredible Reunion Spot

This was our second time coming to this Franklin TN home with 7 families in tow. We could not have been more pleased with the small upgrades (new margarita machine!), the pool and water slides, the beds and extra cots, and the grounds. The house has everything we could need and more. We can't wait to come back next year!

40th Bday Bash

We had an amazing time at Reunion Stay! The house is incredible and provided plenty of space for 26 adults to all sleep comfortably! The amenities are fantastic and we loved the pool, slide and hot tub. The house also has a number of activities in the basement like billiards, ping ping, poker table darts, and air hockey that we took advantage of. Monica and her team were extremely helpful for any concerns along the way!

Wonderful time with large family

We had a wonderful stay, and Monica the property manager is incredible! We had a wonderful time and don't have any complaints that cannot be fixed for future renters. We were a bit disappointed with the lack of seating outside by the pool. A lot of the seating was sort of old and run down and honestly just missing. I mentioned this to Monica after our stay and she told me she had a bunch of new seating ordered for future stays. While we were there, we did see several deliveries, with chairs, etc. This is a pretty minor issue as we stayed in the pool the majority of the time anyway but thought it should be mentioned. The house was clean, large, and had plenty of things to suit the 26 people we had staying there for the week. We loved the house and would def. rent again! Thanks again, Monica, you rock! : )

Excellent property with terrific management

Our extended family group of 24 (ranging from one year to ninety years old!) thoroughly enjoyed our week at Reunion Stay. The house is spacious and comfortable with lots of fun activities for everyone. The pool and pool slides were great. For the past thirty five years, our group has rented a vacation house in many different parts of the U.S. and in Mexico and Costa Rica. Monica is an absolute stand-out as a property manager, both in providing advance information and in her gracious responses to our needs during our visit. Highly recommended!

Family Reunion

The house was perfect for our family of 22. We were able to stay together under one roof. From the pool to the pool table, to the foosball table to the event room, there were plenty of activities to keep us all, from the 3 year old to the 84 year old occupied. The 7 acre property and huge home was perfect for the 24 of us (2 grandparents, our 5 children and spouses, and 12 grandchildren)! Everyone had plenty of space; there were ample bathrooms; the swimming pool was fantastic! It was the perfect place for privacy for our family and far enough from other homes that we didn't annoy neighbors! We loved our stay here and highly recommend it for family reunions and get togethers!

Amazing Property!

We stayed here with our close family and friends this past weekend for our wedding and we loved the stay. The bedrooms were larger than expected and most rooms had an en suite bathroom which is a rare find. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for hosting a family gathering. We all loved the pool and the water slide and slip and slide were a hit. The kids loved all of the games in basement. We would definitely stay here again!

6 families with young kids in paradise

This property was absolutely the best for our group of 6 couples and their children (6 and under). It will be even better as the kids age because this property, rain or shine, has it ALL. Massive basement with poker table, hockey table, VR headsets and TVs (and a bar and extra fridge/freezer)? Check. Pool with TWO water slides, a bunch of floaties, and covered patio with hot tub and huge grill? Check. Solar powered Bluetooth speakers for the pool area? Check. Massive entertaining kitchen with extra fridge overlooking huge living area where everyone could visit? Check. Movie theater for rainy day showings or karaoke or dance party? Check check check. The rooms were private and comfortable, most of which have en-suite bathrooms. The lot is 8 ACRES, with soccer goals and a trampoline. This is your own personal summer camp. Communication with the host was a breeze, she was immediately responsive. I’d say the location was great too because I’m aware that it’s super close to downtown Franklin which is cute too, but honestly we didn’t leave the property except to pick up some awesome Tex-Mex from Tito’s and do a few Costco runs (13 min drive away). Don’t hesitate!
