One block from Barren River Lake/Public Marina. This 2 bedroom (1 bedroom/1 loft), living room with 12-foot ceilings, this retreat combines modern comforts with a cozy, inviting atmosphere. Unwind by the electric fireplace or gather by the fire pit for unforgettable nights. Only 5 minutes from Barren River State Park, 30 minutes from Mammoth Cave, 30 min. from Bowling Green/Corvette Museum/Western Kentucky University. Plus, Nashville is just 1 hour 10 min. away, making for an ideal day trip.

This is a duplex (think two townhomes next to each other) so it feels more like a single family home built in 2024. Each place is about 1,000 sq. ft. The main floor is a gorgeous open floor concept that has a full kitchen, 65" tv, electric fireplace, laundry and covered deck on the back. The main bedroom in on the second floor and although it's narrow there is also a sitting bench and area to hang and fold your clothing. The second bedroom is more like a loft that has two twin beds. Ceiling height is lower and at its highest point is 6' and then slants down to about 4'. There is no door but it is separate and private from the other areas.
*No smoking of any kind. There is a $200 fine or possibly more is additional cleaning is needed.

*Keep fire pit fires small.

*Be sure to clean and turn grill off.
