Aloha and welcome to the Seagrove Ohana House in Ko Olina! A beautiful 1715 square foot private two-story resort villa with two large wrap-around lanais, 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full baths, full size washer & dryer, 1-car garage space, and den/office.
This fully furnished corporate or vacation rental sleeps up to 6 and was recently updated in the Spring of 2022 with Monkeypod LVP flooring throughout, 3 complete bathroom remodels, new appliances, ceiling fans, lighting, paint, and kitchen finishes.
Perfect for those who would like a bedroom on the first level, there is one full Bathroom and one bedroom with a QUEEN-size bed and 55” Samsung smart television. Upstairs offers a huge MASTER BEDROOM SUITE with a gorgeous cane KING-size bed, 55” Samsung smart television, and tranquil green space views. The spa inspired en-suite bathroom boats natural pebble mosaic floors, his and hers vanities, a large freestanding soaking bathtub, and separate walk-in shower. Also on the second floor is a third bedroom with a QUEEN-size bed, one full bathroom, and an office. Additional home highlights include cable, high-speed internet access, 75” Samsung smart television in the living room, carefully-selected works of art from local and international artists, designer wall coverings, fashionable furnishings, plantation shutters throughout, crown molding, and more!
The two large private lanais with garden views of walking paths and Hawaiian foliage offer outdoor seating and entertaining space. One lanai is off the living room and main entrance, providing al fresco dining for up to 8 people - while the other large lanai is off the master bedroom, featuring extraordinary breezes and ample lounge seating among the Plumeria blooms. A third small lanai is off the first floor bedroom, bringing the total lanai space to 579 square feet.
The Seagrove Ohana house is located in the picturesque neighborhood of Coconut Plantation and sits conveniently between both neighborhood pools and hot tubs. Within a short 5-10 minute walk, you can chose to spend your days playing the Ko Olina Championship golf course, relaxing at one of four breathtaking sandy lagoons, pampering yourself at the award-winning Four Seasons Resort and Spa, enjoying the shops and restaurants at Ko Olina Station, or hitting the water slides and meeting your favorite Disney characters at Disney’s Aulani Resort. In the evenings, experience an authentic Hawaiian luau, revel in the breathtaking sunsets, host a barbeque by the pool, or simply partake in a relaxing stroll through beautiful Ko Olina.
