Lake Breeze Hideaway is a lovely home with Three bedrooms and a loft, two bathrooms, central A/C, a wrap around deck facing the water, outside seating areas and plenty of room inside and outside to spread out. Just a short walk down the hill to a big sandy beach - or you can drive the littles down and park if you wish. Centrally located near wonderful restaurants and downtown Meredith. An amazing home for your family to make some memories in.

Your entrance from the driveway leads you by a bedroom and the laundry room. This bedroom has a queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa, TV, closet and dresser. Nice and private. The Main floor (Second level) has one bedroom with two Twin beds and a full bathroom. A Kitchen is fully equipped, sliding doors leading to the wrap around deck, living room has a gas fireplace and giant windows facing the lake, with some amazing views. Second floor (Third level) has a bedroom with a Queen sized bed, a loft with Full futon and a full bathroom.

The owner has thoughtfully supplied a beach wagon, corn hole, and other supplies for you to enjoy. Have use of the Gas grill, enjoy the outdoor furniture on the wrap around deck, enjoy a small campfire in the side yard. Remember, you are just 100 feet from the sandy association beach.
