We have a BBQ Grill with no extra cost located in the pool area,two parking spaces are available in the driveway.This is a non-smoking property,and this home has Wi-Fi for your convenience.

We provide a starter supply of liquid soap,shampoo,conditioner,shower gel,dish soap,dishwasher soap,paper towel,toilet paper,and garbage bags.

• Trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community.
• Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.
• Pool and spa aren't heated.
• If you would like to heat the pool and spa,it will be available for a 50$/night additional charge for the length of your stay,which must be paid prior to your check-in date.Please inform us in advance if you would like the pool/spa to be heated. For safety reasons, the pool and spa temperature will not be set higher than 80 degrees. We cannot guarantee the pool and spa's temperature at any time due to varying climate factors. Refunds will not be issued for any reason.
• Pool:Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision.
• Lawn Care:Scheduled bi-weekly.They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Pool care:Scheduled once a week.They will enter from the backyard door.They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Mining Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies is prohibited.Claim will be made.
*There will be an inspection for quality and safety purposes conducted by a member of our team. If it happens to fall during your stay, we will notify you in advance. Guest presence is not mandatory during the inspection but inspection may be. Guest understands and agrees to access.

We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances,but please understand that it is beyond our control.As such,we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
