Genießen Sie dieses wunderschöne drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bad, haustierfreundliche Einheit, die nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Meer entfernt ist. 2007 erbaut und kürzlich renoviert; Diese Unterkunft befindet sich im ersten Stock und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine Veranda und eine private Veranda mit Blick auf den Garten. Diese Eigenschaft ist ein Haus mit zwei Einheiten, wobei SandCastle Down die Wohnung im ersten Stock ist. Sie werden kilometerlange wunderschöne Sandstrände mit viel Sonnenschein in South Carolina finden. Dieses Haus liegt so nah am Meer.

Myrtle Beach ist für sein Golf bekannt. mit über 80 leicht zugänglichen Kursen. Wenn Sie nicht auf einem Golfplatz sind, ist Myrtle Beach auch als Mini-Golf-Hauptstadt der Welt bekannt. Es ist also selbstverständlich, dass es einen in der Nähe gibt. Nicht zu vergessen Barefoot Landing mit über 100 Geschäften und Restaurants, darunter das neue Restaurant Lucy Buffets Lulu. Die Uferpromenade am Little River ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und bietet die einzigen Casino-Kreuzfahrten im Carolina's. Diese Gegend ist so ein wunderschöner Ort mit für jeden etwas.

Pleasant Stay

When we first got there the original code that was sent did not work. I was unaware they sent me an email with an updated code. When I used the new code, it worked perfectly. The pictures are a little out dated but it is still a pleasant place to stay. Beach is is about a block away. There are some repairs that need to be made but nothing major. This a quiet area and good location. I think a law enforcement officer lives across the street because there was a patrol car there each morning when we got up. I was concerned with some of the other reviews I had read about this place with being dirty and bugs but it was clean and no bugs during our stay. The host was responsive when I sent messages and polite. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in North Myrtle Beach.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!

We did not stay there . It looked nothing like the photos on VERBO. The place was a dump . Holes in the walls closet doors off the hinges. There was food on the floor from the previous renter. The whole place was dirty. There was blood on one of the pillows. There was hair everywhere. They're a roaches, and there Was a bug on the bed . The outfit covers were missing. The outside of the place was falling apart, looked nothing like the photos. The host was very rude when we contacted her about our concerns.I had to rent 3 hotel rooms to accommodate my family that drove over 9 hours for our family vacation.

Don't stay there!!!!!!!

It looked nothing like it showed. There was roaches,dryer didn't work, plumbing was messed up, microwave didnt work.I told manager that we wanted the money back she definitely wouldn't budge. It was so bad that we had to sleep in cars some of us did,couple others bought a air mattress and a tent slept outside. The only thing good is the location. Please stay away and don't loose your money...😕😕

the place was definitely not like the pictures. It was very dirty, ceiling falling in in bathroom, holes in walls, cockroaches. The maintenance man came in and stole from us while we were gone one day. Police had to be called and he was arrested. It was not a place we recommend for anyone. Owners need to step up and check their properties.

Absolutely terrible BEWARE

The place was disgustingly dirty, the sheets were black, holes in the walls, broken/loose tiles and the washer leaked and dryer didn’t work. The lock wouldn’t work, it needed new batteries. The people I messaged with, were NO help. NEVER AGAIN. We deep cleaned the house and washed the linens.

Do Not Stay here

This was hands down the worst vacation experience. The location was filthy. Upon arrival, we were unable to enter the property b/c the wrong door code was given. Once we were able to gain access, we were greeted by both live and dead roaches throughout the whole property. It had a terrible stench and it was very clear that cleaning had not been done by a cleaning service. I called the office and they shared that they had no other properties available and expected my family to stay in these FILTHY conditions. They did offer to have someone come spray the property at 7PM which was not sufficient b/c that only offered a surface cleaning...roaches live in the walls. We were able to gain access to the property at 4PM, arrived at 5PM and they expected us to wait with small children and a toddler in a roach infested dwelling for 2 additional hours. I asked the leasing office if she, Lisa Bender, would be comfortable with her family staying in a roach infested dwelling and her response was YES. They offer no refunds and claimed they had no other locations available. I had to reserve another location being that we were 5 hours away from home. Completely unacceptable.

False advertisement

I was highly unsatisfied with this beach house, the photos are completely different than what the house looks like…. We were expecting nice bedding and furniture, the bunk beds were old metal bunks, not the nice sturdy Wooden bunks, the furniture was falling apart, the mattress in the main room you could see the liner was ripped and hanging. The non smoking house smelled absolutely atrocious, it had been smoked in numerous times. We asked for early check in which we were told that we could check in once the property had been clean, we received the notice that the property was ready an hour early which was great, but when we walked in we were hit with a pungent Smell of cigarettes, the floors were still very Sandy, the window seals were full of accumulated dirt and dust, the beds had SAND in them!!!! While we were looking for pots and pans, we opened the cabinet under the sink to see a layer of filth which added to our disgust of this rental. The person which I was emailing about our property said the only thing she could do is to have some one come bring an air freshener- now mind you this property had just been “clean” one hour prior to this email sent. My 3 year old decided durning our unpacking to run around the house, after all unpack we sat down to relax when we saw her feet (which had been cleaned, only sat in a car, and had shoes on) which were solid BLACK, we were mortified and completely in shock that ANYONE could say that this house had just been CLEANED!

Very dirty and poor communication

Dead cockroach in the laundry room. Lint covering the entire laundry room. Mattress protectors were filthy. Provided pillows were yellow. Dryer was broken and management did not attempt to fix it. I’m not sure how they wash and dry the provided comforters without a functioning dryer. Pull out couch beds are collapsed and not usable. Crumbs in the pull out couch. Dead flies and dirt on the window sills. Tile is broken in the main bathroom and could cut your foot. Plugs don’t have electrical covers in the bedroom and outside outlets. Dishwasher smells like a fish market. Stains and food splatter on walls, cabinets, and doors. Dish drying rack has dirt on it. Silver wear drawer is filthy with dead bugs and there were only 3 or 4 forks. There was only one soap dispenser for the whole house. Garbage found behind the couch and all over the yard. Toilet is lifting off of the floor in the master bathroom. The toilet paper holder in the shared bathroom is broken. There is no fire extinguisher. Smoke detector was missing a battery. Couches had rips in them. There was an opened condom wrapper in the master bathroom cabinet. There are holes in the doors and walls. It was embarrassing bringing my family here. The bathroom at the local gas station was cleaner than this place.

Came from Illinois to NMB for Mustang Week. Definitely a great experience. The day of check-in, I tried reaching out to management and the office, no contact was made. Nor was any of my questions answered. Issues with plumbing during our stay, especially in the master.

Terrible house and overall company

This company is completely disgusting. I had booked a vacation for a big family trip for my children and friends.Due to a family loss of my father in law 2 days before the day of checking in I had to cancel the trip immediately after finding out he wasn’t in good condition. I had emailed the company asking for a cancellation and a full refund I also asked for a half refund of the money that I put towards this trip. I had booked one for a weekend in the future however after fining out that my financial status after all the cost of the funeral services I had request another cancellation of the trip all within the same day in which I should get my whole refund back.I had emailed them once again and all I got in response was “I’m sorry”. Even with constant emails after this event I had continued to find contact with them but no response. Truly disappointing to them for having no respect to understand what my family is going through and we wouldn’t just cancel these vacations for the hell of it.this is completely disappointing of the company to have no understanding or sorrow for my family this company needs to be pointed out for how they are not working with my family well being this is completely disgusting.DONT BOOK HERE!!

Worst rental ever

Got to the place and it was disgusting. Walls filthy, ceiling leaking, comforters covered in dog/cat hair, the 2 sleeper sofas were deployable. Then we find roaches. The manager chose not to call me until the day before we were leaving and offered a discount on a future stay but would not provide specifics. They did send out cleaning crew and found another property for the 12 of us. How kind, right? However, we ended up losing a whole day of vaca because we had to check out of the temp place to go back to the other place. I requested a call back many times and the manager chose to wait until the vaca was ending. I have photos as proof, and also screenshots of the conversation. Please look this company up on BBB and I promise you, you will want to find a new place. Vrbo refused to do anything about it either but agreed that the photos showed filth and bugs. The ceiling leaked on your head in the shower. I can't say enough about all that was wrong. And clearly this company or vrbo values another person's time.

Needs to be cleaned and updates

I liked the layout and the location of the property, however, I would not stay there again in that condition. Majority of outside chairs were rusted, the master bathroom sink had no water pressure, the other bathtub was clogged and would not drain, blinds were broke, and the floors were sticky were broke. No broom or usable mop. Didn’t feel clean and needs attention.

Loved the open space and location to the beach. The tile floors was very dog friendly and we also enjoyed the back porch. Was a little confused about the door lock at first but we got used to it.

Stress

Place was nasty when we walked in. Finger prints on the walls, scratches on everything, and a vomit smell in the master bedroom. Guess we just got unlucky. Currently working for a refund because we actually couldn't stay there because the filth. Ended up booking another condo and spent the rest of the week fighting the property managers about the situation.
