The Space:
Step into a beautifully designed home with a bright and open living area, perfect for relaxing and spending time with family and friends. The fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with everything you need, including a convenient coffee station to start your mornings right. The spacious dining area provides plenty of room for meals, while the cozy living room features a large sectional couch and an entertainment system for movie nights or quiet evenings in.

The master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable king bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a stunning walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom includes a cozy queen bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with two separate twin beds. For extra sleeping arrangements, an additional set of two twin beds is stowed away in the master closet. A second bathroom with a shower-tub combo ensures convenience for all guests. Plus, a bonus room provides extra space for gear storage, making it easy to keep your hiking or biking equipment organized.

Outdoor Space:

The large, high-fenced backyard is a private oasis, perfect for enjoying Sedona’s beautiful weather. Relax on the covered patio with comfortable seating around the propane fire pit table, or soak in the hot tub after a long day of exploring. The backyard also features a BBQ grill for outdoor dining and a corn hole game for some friendly competition. Whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee, grilling dinner, or stargazing at night, this inviting outdoor space is the perfect place to unwind and take in the beauty of Sedona.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property, entrance via keypad code, at 4 pm on the date of check in, until 10 am on the date of check out.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the heart of West Sedona.

You are within walking distance to whole foods, restaurants, shops, movie theaters, hiking and biking trails!

Getting Around:
It's best to rent a car in Sedona.
Also, please use the local Free, Sedona Shuttle, for trailhead transportation.

Check-in is 4 p.m.
Check-out is 10 a.m.
No exceptions.

Pack N Play and Highchair available upon request.

We do not accept mail at this address. Due to City guidelines, no mail is allowed to be delivered to the property. It will not be our responsibility should you ship anything to the home to retrieve from the mailbox. Please use the UPS store or an Amazon locker pick-up.

We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to:

-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI.
-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.

No Pets!

No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.

No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house.

Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.

Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.

NO FIRES May 1 - October 1 or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.

We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.

By law, this home may NOT be used for events, parties, or large gatherings.

We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks, and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!

Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.

Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.
