Willkommen zuhause!! Wir haben eine Leidenschaft für Gastfreundschaft und es zeigt sich in all den besonderen Details, die wir für unsere Gäste zu unserem Haus hinzugefügt haben. Sie werden es lieben in diesem charmanten Haus zu wohnen, das eine erstaunliche offene Struktur hat. Lesen Sie unsere Bewertungen und Sie werden sehen, dass jeder, der hier gewohnt hat, jeden Teil geliebt hat - von den prächtigen Holzböden über die bequemen Betten bis zum riesigen Garten mit überdachter Terrasse! Wir sind sehr sorgfältig, das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Es gibt insgesamt 6 Schlafzimmer wie folgt:

Very nice stay in Arvada

More than enough room for two couples visiting relatives in nearby Westminster for 2 1/2 weeks. The home was well-supplied and the owner was friendly and attentive. There was a spacious fenced in back yard with room for our 2 (pre-approved) small dogs. Convenient to Old Town Arvada, Denver sites and Golden. Nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. There is a busy street behind the home, but it was pretty well screened.

Arvada vacation

This is a fabulous house to rent We had 8 adults and 4 children, plenty of room for all. It's in a great location, close to a park and grocery stores within a mile. Old town is easy to get to as well. Ryan was wonderful to work with, he responded quickly to any questions I had. Great house, great owners- what more could you want in a vacation rental? Thanks Ryan for a memorable stay!

This house was fabulous!!

My family and I, 10 of us, stayed in this fabulous home for 5 nights, and we had a great time! The house was very clean and spacious!! We only needed 4 of the 7 bedrooms; the beds were super comfortable. :) The kitchen was very spacious--we used it a lot. Plus, there were so many places to sit and eat--2 dining tables and 4 bar stools!! The owners were super gracious and helpful with a couple requests we had. it was cold outside, but i would have loved to sit in the backyard and enjoy the back porch. One other special thing we loved was they had an old time record player with some fun albums. We enjoyed listening to some great music!! :) Thank Steph and Ryan! You were fantastic!!

Big ang confortable house

Conflicted

I was disappointed in the House. Half of our group were in their 70’s and there was no hand rail on the stairs. One bedroom was clearly the laundry room and had no window. It was well supplied but the oven didn’t work right so we only cooked the first night. Cable was cheap also, and no table and not enough chairs outside. It did have a nice vibe in the house though. If those things were fixed I would stay there again.

Big house - perfectly located!

This big house was very comfortable for my larger group. Perfectly located between Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, Golden, hikes and much more, we were able to really enjoy our stay in the Denver area. The back yard and patio were great! Big thanks to Ryan & Steph for accommodating an early check in and late check out which helped us get better situated around our flight times. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location

My extended family met in Denver for a long weekend, we very much enjoyed staying here. Everything was clean and in great shape. What we enjoyed most was the location. Everything really was 20 minutes away. It only took us 20 minutes to get to the Zoo, and 20 minute drive up to Boulder to go hiking. Plus there were lots of grocery stores and restaurants 5 minutes away. Ryan was a great host we had great communication the though time. We would gladly stay here again.

Loved the house!

Our family reunion was amazing! The house is perfect for a large group and the kitchen appliances and serving utensils were great for a large group! The counter top is perfect for serving buffet style and the dining room had plenty of seating for all of us. The house also had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and plenty of seating areas that we could congregate as a group or in small settings. Thanks for letting us stay at this home! terry

Beautiful & Large home

This home was large enough for our family of 11 adults. The beds were all comfortable and having 3 1/2 bathrooms was great. There are plenty of dishes so we only had to run the dishwasher a couple times in our 4 days there. There are plenty of towels as well, and we used the washer/dryer to wash a couple loads of towels. The family room had comfortable sofas/chairs and the open kitchen/family room allowed all of us to congregate together. The weather was nice enough to enjoy sitting on the patio and it's very private. The owners are very quick in responding to any questions you have. They left a few welcome snacks, coffee and some bathroom supplies as well which was very nice. We would definitely stay here again if we need a large home.

Thoughtfully furnished home.

I stayed here with a group of 10 athletes and two coaches. This home had plenty of space for all of us and had every appliance, towel, dish, etc we needed. Everything was labeled to avoid confusion or damage, and Ryan and Steph communicated well and frequently. Instructions were clear and available. We really enjoyed our stay, wishing we had been able to stay longer! Would highly recommend this home.

Amazing weekend!

We had a fabulous weekend in this home. Our group was made up of two families brought together by a son and daughter getting engaged. One is a student in Colorado and the other a student in Seattle. The kitchen was stocked with cookware and we were able to enjoy an early Thanksgiving dinner together. Plenty of sleeping space, everyone complimented the comfortable beds. It was everything we expected and more. Amazing and attentive hosts throughout our stay.

great large house!!!

We used this VRBO for a family reunion. Our stay was wonderful!! The house was extremely well equipped. Far better than your average VRBO. The house is large, open, and pleasant for big groups to hang around in. There was a large backyard with lots of space. I would strongly encourage folks to stay here.

Great house for older groups

This couple has gone the extra mile in making their home a welcome retreat for groups. Notes are posted everywhere on how to use the house, and more than one phone number to call if in need. Wi-fi was very easy to access. Extra toiletries (even makeup) were provided. Plenty of good towels and bathroom linens for our group of 9 people. 3 1/2 bathrooms. The neighborhood was quiet, although there is some traffic noise from the major street behind the house which did not affect our outside conversation much. The back yard feels very secluded from the neighbors, though a few more outside chairs would have been welcomed. Plenty of beds, though some of the mattresses were too soft for a few of us older folks. We appreciated the owners installing some upstairs window units to get us through the heat wave, and having fans everywhere. We did have a problem getting the central air thermostat to work (it was either too cold, or we had to turn it off), although several of us formed a committee around the posted note. We took our recycle since no arrangements had been made for plastic bottles and aluminum cans. Oh, and thank you for putting a flat of water to pre-chill in the refrigerator!
