This home is tucked away in a quiet, central neighborhood, offering a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to a variety of attractions. Enjoy the nearby parks and outdoor spaces, perfect for morning walks or relaxing afternoons.
Just a short drive away, you’ll find the Desert Botanical Garden, the local zoo, and Papago Park, ideal for nature lovers. Explore hiking trails or catch stunning desert views.
The vibrant downtown area is also nearby, featuring great restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Whether you’re looking for outdoor adventure or city vibes, everything’s within easy reach.
Walking: Perfect for exploring nearby parks and local spots on foot.
Public Transit: Convenient bus stops are just a short walk away, connecting you to key areas.
Biking: Bike lanes and rental stations make it easy to pedal around the area.
Rideshares: Uber and Lyft are readily available for quick trips to downtown, restaurants, and attractions.
Car Rentals: Ideal for day trips to nearby hiking spots, scenic drives, or exploring the surrounding desert areas.
➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

1. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so i can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.
