Welcome to the Serene Waikiki Studio Getaway, a thoughtfully designed, fully furnished studio in a quiet part of Waikiki near the Ala Wai Canal. This beautiful, newly renovated space is perfect for those seeking both tranquility and convenience, whether you’re here for work or leisure. Located just a 10-minute walk to the famous Waikiki Beach and close to public transportation, the studio offers easy access to all that Honolulu has to offer.
This studio is ideal for traveling professionals, such as nurses or techs, looking for a quiet, comfortable space. Kapiolani Medical Center is only a 10-minute drive away, and other major hospitals like Straub Medical Center and The Queen’s Medical Center are easily accessible via nearby bus lines. The studio’s peaceful setting is perfect for those working night shifts or who need to rest during the day.
Inside the 400 sq ft studio, you’ll find custom birch ply cabinetry, quartz countertops, and motorized shades for added convenience and privacy. A split AC unit ensures you stay cool and comfortable. There are four distinct seating areas, including dining for three at the kitchen peninsula, a built-in bench, a reading chair, and a table and chairs on the lanai where you can enjoy scenic views of the Ala Wai Canal and Manoa Valley.
For entertainment, the apartment is equipped with an XGIMI MoGo 2 smart projector featuring Android TV. You can stream from popular services like Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+, or enjoy cable and local channels. The projector can be easily stored when not in use, freeing up space in the apartment. Additionally, the unit has Bluetooth capabilities, so you can play music via Spotify or other apps.
To make your stay as stress-free as possible, all utilities are included—high-speed internet, cable, electricity, and water. A monthly cleaning service is also provided, allowing you to focus on enjoying your time in Waikiki without worrying about upkeep.
We prefer lease terms of 6 months or more, but shorter stays of less than 3 months are available, with a 12.5% Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT) applied. The building is strictly non-smoking, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment for all tenants.
