The space
Discover our stunning third-story suite, complete with expansive windows and a balcony boasting stunning views of Lower Saranac Lake. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting open floor plan, complete with charming rustic furnishings.

The living area is perfect for relaxing, while the dining section features a beautiful table for eight, ideal for gathering with loved ones.

The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, featuring all modern appliances such as a drip coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, sink, Viking range stove, and large fridge with freezer.

Take in the breathtaking views of the lake from the comfort of your balcony, which is also perfect for enjoying magnificent sunsets.

This suite includes three bedrooms, with the master bedroom boasting a king bed and large window overlooking the water. You'll also find a private bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower.

The second bedroom features both a queen and twin bed, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds. Both bedrooms have a closet, nightstand, and share a fully equipped bathroom in the hallway.

Before you make your way up to the suite, you'll also find a fully hooked-up washer and dryer, as well as storage closets for your convenience.

Finally, don't forget to take advantage of our outdoor grill, located just steps away from your suite's entrance.
Guest access
The Presidential Suite is located on the Ampersand Bay Resort property. From the parking area, your suite is accessible by walking up the entryway steps which will take you to the main door of the suite. Guest's have full access to the private beach, canoes and kayaks and hiking paths on property.
Other things to note
This suite is great for executive retreats and family gatherings!
Let us know if you are bringing a dog, there will be an additional $25 per day per pet charge. Max 2 dogs. This can be paid through a request through Airbnb.
