Step into a slice of paradise and let the salty breeze sweep you off your feet! This delightful gem, a stunning 1884 Victorian doubly gallery house, exudes charm and comfort. With **3 bedrooms and 2 baths**, it sleeps up to **11 guests**—perfect for families and friends gathering to create unforgettable memories. Secured on-site parking is available for your convenience.

Imagine sun-soaked days at the beach, followed by evenings filled with laughter in your own peaceful retreat. Small gatherings are welcome, but please note that no more than **10 guests** are allowed for sleepovers, and **absolutely NO PARTIES** are permitted. The noise level is monitored, with quiet hours from **10 PM to 9 AM**. Please refrain from loud music after **10 PM**. Thank you in advance for following the house rules.

### Interior Features
This inviting space boasts a cool grey/blue and cream palette, complemented by a real beach vibe. With **over 20 large windows**, enjoy tons of natural light throughout. The gorgeous designer queen sleeper sofa, sectional, and loveseat, 120" smart streaming projection TV and 1800's piano in the family room provide ample entertainment and seating for **12**—perfect for your small group gathering.

### Living Spaces
- **Family Room:** Loveseat and sectional with Smart TV for cozy movie nights.
- **Formal Living Room:** Large-screen projector Smart TV with premium streaming for relaxation after a day at the beach. Enjoy the **1886 Old West Piano** for a nightcap or post-gathering entertainment, with room for kids in the family room upstairs while adults unwind downstairs.

### Kitchen
Equipped with **Smart LG Appliances**, natural light, and Victorian accents, the kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware, two full sets of cooking utensils, pots and pans, and dishware. Enjoy a selection of **white or red wine glasses** for your small gathering, and unleash your inner bartender with a Ninja blender. The whole house features a water softener and reverse osmosis filtered water. Enjoy two coffee/espresso bars—one upstairs with a Keurig and another in the kitchen with a latte/espresso maker.

### Bedrooms
- **Bedroom 1:** A well-lit primary bedroom with **three large windows**, a queen bed, an upright chest for your vacation clothes, and an ensuite full bath with a clawfoot tub.
- **Bedroom 2:** Another well-lit bedroom with **three large windows**, featuring two double beds, storage for your clothes, and an ensuite full bath with a clawfoot tub.
- **Bedroom 3:** This room includes two walkthrough French windows with access to the upper gallery balcony, two large windows, a queen bed, and a workstation for your laptop. All bedrooms have luxurious memory foam mattresses and high-end linens and towels. Enjoy ceiling fans throughout, along with central heating and AC.

Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, and dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as a full complement of tissues, four large bath sheets, and extra linens.

### Dining Room
Features an antique French draw table that doubles as a **9' poker table** for Texas Hold 'Em when the package is added.
