One block from the beach, minutes from the boardwalk, great restaurants, minigolf, and more! Available for both long term winter rentals and short term summer rentals. This will be your favorite place to stay down the shore!

The Space:
This condo is located 1 block from the beach, and during the summer has a designated crosswalk to make sure that whether you’ve got coolers or kids you can safely cross the street.

Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, 4 individual patio/deck spaces, you and yours will have no problem relaxing after a day in the sun. There is a courtyard shared by all units with tables, a grill, and even an outdoor shower to help rinse off sandy items. There are 2 designated parking spots for this condo, however all street parking in Ortley Beach is free!

You’ll find a smart tv in the living room alongside the electric reclining sofas, as well as a smart TV in the primary suite. All linens, bedding, and bath towels are provided. No need to bring your own! There is a small laundry room featuring a washer and dryer next to the kitchen.

On the property each unit has a storage container. Inside you’ll find: 6 comfortable beach chairs with refrigerator and storage pockets, a large foldable beach wagon, and children's beach toys.

Property is 3 stories in total, bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Rental Season:

Winter: December-March
1 month rental minimum required in accordance with the rental permit laws of Toms River.

Summer: April-November
Short term rentals available all season! Two night minimum
