This home includes the perfect kitchen for guests who love to cook/bake, and it has plenty of room for additional sous-chef(s) when needed. Comes fully equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances and basic kitchen equipment, although please be sure to read our digital guidebook after booking to see what items are provided.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
San Diego is known for its phenomenal outdoor lifestyle, and with its nearly perfect year-round weather, you'll get to see why soon. Whether its the beaches and beautiful parks, or the fun local bars and lively neighborhoods, San Diego has something for everyone. That said, this space is perfectly set up for those days/nights you feel like staying home and being outside at the same time. In the side yard you'll find patio furniture and a fire pit, and a beautiful newly turfed front yard for soaking in the sun and playing yard games like corn hole.

GAME ROOM:
Detached garage turned arcade/game room is equipped with a ping pong table, arcade machine (with up to 14 games), and basketball hoop when the weather is not-so great, or when the kids want some space (or vice versa).
