If more room is needed for family gatherings, this house can be rented with four other condos and a cottage in the same community, accommodating 33. What a great way to have a family reunion in your own space and not break the bank!
This bright and airy house includes a microwave. This home does not have a stove/oven or dishwasher. The Spacious three-level tiny house offers a loft area that serves as a bedroom with a king bed and sitting area.
LOCATION: Located on the Bayside- you are less than 2 miles from our beautiful Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk! Tax-Free Tanger Outlets are less than 2 miles from the condo, and plenty of 5-star dining is within walking distance or bike ride. Bring your bikes and enjoy all the lovely bike trails and state parks. You do not have to cross Rt.1 (Coastal Highway) to reach Rehoboth Ave- walk down Roosevelt St onto State Rd. Super easy walk or bike ride.
PARKING: Assigned parking for two vehicles.
AMENITIES: Ceiling fans, a stackable washer & dryer, Wi-Fi, and central AC. Community gas grill, charcoal grill, fire pit, and outdoor showers.
THINGS TO KNOW: Some amenities are shared; please be courteous to your neighbors. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. One dog is permitted with a pet fee.
