Kommen Sie in unserer luxuriösen Wohnung am Guadalupe River. Entspannen Sie sich auf der Veranda und lauschen Sie dem Wasserfall. Nur wenige Schritte von der Veranda entfernt genießen Sie den Pool, den Whirlpool und die Grillmöglichkeiten

Wir befinden uns direkt neben den Rockin R River-Abfahrten. Abhol- und Rückgabeort. Gehentfernung zum Wasserpark Schliterbahn. Wir sind auch in der Nähe der Innenstadt und der historischen Altstadt von Gruene. Und nur etwa 45 Minuten von Austin und San Antonio entfernt. San Marcos Outlet Malls sind nur etwa 15 Meilen entfernt.

Unsere 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock, mit einem der Pools und Hüttenwannen direkt auf der hinteren Terrasse. Condo bietet Platz für 7 Personen mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Twin-Futon im Master, zwei Einzelbetten im zweiten Schlafzimmer und einer Full-Size-Ausziehcouch. Die Küche verfügt über alle Utensilien, die Sie benötigen, auf dem üppigen Rasen und der Poolterrasse befinden sich Grillmöglichkeiten.

AWESOME!

To start w/, our condo was even better than described. Tracy, our host, was super! She had all the amenities & then some. She was quick to respond w/ any questions that we had. We had a friend who visited & liked it so much she's looking for a short term to stay there. You can see the pool & hear the waterfall. We were ther for 34 days & have ZERO complaints! Absolutely wonderful!

Perfect Location

My family and I stayed at Tracy’s place and couldn’t have been happier! It was way more than I expected. Cozy and LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!! Steps from the small pool which was perfect for my kiddos and a walk away from the beautiful river! I hope you enjoy it as much I we did!

Short trip with family

We had a wonderful time with our 3 sons and daughter in law, we were able to bring our 2 dogs with prior approval. The condo was clean, well appointed, and in a great central location. We enjoyed both pools, the hot tubs, and the river access. We plan to rent again in the future because this condo fit us perfectly.

Great location

Our family of 4 stayed at this condo for a weekend trip to Schlitterbahn. It was literally right down the road from the parking lot and 5 minutes from the downtown restaurants. PROS: - Location! - Very spacious rooms, especially the master bedroom. - Super comfortable master bed (it was so comfortable, we bought an exact pillow topper for our own bed when we came home!) - Great washer and dryer unit to take care of wet clothes - The patio literally opens up to the community pool and spa. This is great if you plan on using them, but be sure to keep the blinds closed so other people in the pool can't spy on you. CONS: - Only 1 set of shampoo & conditioner. Be sure you bring your own if your party plans to use both bathrooms - Several dishes were chipped and need replacing (Already discussed with property manager) - If you plan to cook, bring your own non-stick pan. Cookware is supplied, but none are non-stick. - The furniture was somewhat worn and mismatched. Most looked to be from IKEA. The master bedroom dresser drawer had a broken piece that poked out every time the drawer was opened (already alerted the property owner). Overall, it was a great place to sleep and start off the day with a great breakfast before tubing. The place is centrally located to all the fun activities New Braunfels has to offer. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

Decent place for quick trip

My family and I stayed here from 7/20-7/24 to explore and enjoy New Braunfels as a last minute summer get away. The advertisement for the condo stated it was an upscale condo for the area. I will not pick the place apart but the condo needs some updating and deep cleaning. There was pet hair everywhere. The master bedroom is huge but only has 1 A/C vent so the room stays very warm even with the black out curtains completely closed. The secondary bedroom has 2 twin beds that would be perfect for little kids but not big teens/young adults. The condo has its own patio area that is nice and big that leads to the condo pool and hot tubs. The condo is perfectly located on the Guadalupe River and very close to Gruene and Schlitterbahn. With a little more TLC this condo could be perfect!

Flawless Stay

Directions were Spot on Plenty of Secured Parking. We Stayed on the 1st Floor so Easy Accessibility to pool That Requires a pool Pass so as to not open to public Fenced in Plenty of Beach Chairs and Bar b que pits. The river is in walking Distance. Restaurants and other places within A 5 MIile distance. The Room was bigger then we Thought and Fully Stocked Kitchen. Plenty of Everything inside the Condo. Definitely Recommend and Will Stay there Again

Relaxing at the river.

My grandsons really enjoyed the river being behind the property and it was so close to Schlitterbahn (even though we decided not to go) the Tube Chute and Prince Solms Park, which we did enjoy. The pool at the front of the property was really small but the one down by the river was good size. There were 2 hot tubs at each pool which was nice. I would stay there again!

New Braunsfels Getaway

Wonderful complex with nice pools and great river access. This condo had one of the pools right out the back patio along with grills to cook out. The river access was great. Will definitely be back.

Great place!! Awesome time

We had a fabulous weekend here. Clean, great location and ground level- poolside. Master ceiling fan was a bit noisy but we just kept it off. Pool and hot tubs were clean and temps were appropriate. Guests (from other units) were respectful too. Appreciated the night time security on property too. Location is ideal for Greune,NB, tubing, shopping and dining. Will return in future.

Enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed our stay. Lower level, pool outside, short walk to the river. Condo was well equipped, kitchen and bathrooms and floats too. The only minus, one of the twin beds was very squeaky everytime you rolled over. And personally for me, not crazy about upholstered couches in a rental. Prefer to be able to wipe them down. Should have looked at pictures more closely. Otherwise had a good time.

Very nice condo with pool right outside the patio.

Good experience. Lots of extras the owner left for us to use. Only thing I would change is the twin beds are a little low for adults. Seem to be more for kids or teenagers. . Condo was close to everything. We would stay again

Perfect location at center of everything!

First, Absolutely loved this place. Bottom floor, with pool outside the door, and two spas one on each side of pool. The place has tons of dishes for anything you would ever need. Has washer and dryer right there too. Extra blankets, pillows sheets for pull out couch. Lots of books and games available. The toilet in the main area ran the whole time, which property manager did try to get fixed. The two twin beds in small room are very hard as an adult not too comfortable even with the added cushions. Don’t look under the sheets as the cushioning is gross. We stripped our beds when we left. YIKES Also if you do not like having people running around above you this is not the place. Lots of noisy kids and parents the whole 3 day we stayed. After 11:00 PM it did quite down but little ones up and running at 5:00AM. Nothing the property manager can control but annoying. Overall it was a great stay and location to visit the river floating, Gruene, shopping, food are all close!

Needs some TLC and updating

Our family has stayed at several different VRBOs at the Water Wheel condos. We have family that lives on the same street, so the location is very convenient for holidays. This home really needs some care and attention. The location is perfect for families looking to get away and enjoy the hill country. However, pillows were dirty and very old - to the point that we went to Target and purchased new ones. The kitchen dishes and utensils seemed dirty, mismatched and very old, so we washed what few we used and thankfully did not need to cook there. The furniture in the living area is dated and uncomfortable. The primary bathroom really needs updated. At minimum it should have a proper shower curtain that keeps the water in the tub. The shower head barely puts out enough water due to the calcium build up. Could be a lovely place to stay, but really needs a bit of investment to make it a comfortable place for families to stay.
