Welcome to Lee's Sandcastle! This well-appointed luxury home is located in the new Yacht Harbor community in Perdido Key. With 5 bedrooms & 5 baths, the home can accommodate up to 17. It is elegantly decorated & has so many wonderful amenities. It has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation including a fully-equipped kitchen, carports, balconies, and a private 15ft heated swim spa (available until the community pool is done-approximately Jan 2025) You're just a short walk or drive to the white sugar sand & emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! You will also be less one mile from the famous Flora-Bama, just a short walk via a newly constructed sidewalk!
This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day & one person in your party is free to every activity every day. Complete details will be provided with your confirmed booking. When you enter the home, you will be on the main living level. This level includes one of the two master bedroom suites, an open concept living area comfortably furnished with a sectional sofa (include full sleeper) & chairs, dining table & chairs, and a kitchen island with 4 chairs. The living room has a large flat-screen smart TV, The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances along with all the necessary cookware & utensils to prepare delicious meals.
When you are ready to rest after a day at the beach or a round of golf, the home offers 5 comfortable bedrooms to choose from. One of the primary suites, which is located on the upper level has a comfortable king-size bed, walk in closet, dual-vanity master bathroom with a beautiful glass & tile walk-in shower, a large soaking tub & large, flat-screen smart TV perfect for late-night movies. There is a private balcony off of the primary suite with views of the gulf, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. There are three more guest bedrooms on the upper level. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, & also has a smart TV & en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed with a lofted twin bed, a smart TV, & an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed with a lofted twin bed, a smart TV, & en en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The upper level also includes a full-size washer & dryer.
The fifth bedroom is also a primary bedroom suite & is on the main living level. It has two comfortable queen beds & a smart TV. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Outside a patio with seating area, grill and a 15ft heated swim spa (available for use until the community pool is completed early 2025)
