Sealah is a beautifully designed coastal retreat with unique features, including a backyard oasis with a stunning private pool. Just a short stroll away is the public beach, and a wagon is provided for your convenience. You can swim in the salty gulf waters, soak up the warm Florida sunshine, and enjoy the sugary white sands of the Emerald Coast. In the evening, gather around the poolside and bask in the ambient glow of the pool waters while the chef prepares a favorite meal on the outdoor grill. You can dine by the poolside or gather in the large dining room with its bright coastal colors. The white exterior and interior, along with lively beach décor featuring beach themes throughout, will uplift your spirits. During the winter months, you can enjoy the warmth of the heated pool from October to April for an additional $60 per night fee.
FLOORPLAN
⭐ The foyer entry is located on the ground floor with stair access to the main living area or via access of the staircase within the pool deck area. Once here you will find the living room, kitchen and dining area, a king bedroom (sleeps 2) with an en-suite bathroom and a bunkroom with two sets of twin bunks (sleeps 4 ) with a private en-suite bathroom. There is also a hall bathroom and a large deck overlooking the pool.
Follow the staircase to the top floor, where you will find the kid's special hangout room with a Pac-man tabletop game, a sofa sitting area, and a deck that leads outside overlooking the pool. The newly purchased stackable washer and dryer are located on this floor. You'll also find four additional bedrooms on this floor. This includes one bunkroom with two sets of twin beds (sleeps 4) and a Jack and Jill bathroom that adjoins a king bedroom (sleeps 2). For additional privacy, there are two more bedrooms with King beds each and private en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. This amazing home offers plenty of space for large families or a group of friends to spread out while accommodating up to 16 guests.
LOCATION
⭐ While you could spend most of your time unwinding by the sandy shore, you will also want to venture out to experience all the surrounding area offers. Visit one of the numerous nearby restaurants to taste delicious seafood cuisine and enjoy many beach-side bars for some evening fun. Shopping and entertainment enthusiasts will also be particularly ecstatic to find Destin Commons just one block away; Silver Sands Outlet Mall is within 15 minutes; play at some fantastic Golf courses, and walk the Destin Harbor all within a short drive of the property!

GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. This will be sent on the day of your arrival through email and text messaging.
STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply limited bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides private Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. Our Wi-Fi signals may not be optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.
PARKING
⭐ No street parking is allowed. This home provides enough space for four vehicles. Vehicles must not block the shared driveway at any time. The HOA rules also state that no boats, trailers, campers, or motorhomes are allowed.
BEACH ACCESS
⭐ The closest public beach access is Shores at Crystal Beach Park Access off Hutchinson and Scenic Hwy 98. This is three blocks from the house and has a wonderful pavilion with numerous picnic tables. It is one of the few beach access locations that boasts true bathrooms. There are a few parking spaces directly in front of the access along with some nearby street parking, but walking is probably the best with very limited, first come parking. There is also some golf cart parking here, and there is a ramp that is wheelchair accessible.
PETS
⭐ This unit is pet-friendly! We must be notified if you or someone at your party is bringing pets. Pets must be under 40 lbs, well-behaved, and always on a leash outside. You must pick up after all potty breaks. The maximum number of pets is 2. A non-refundable pet fee of $300+tax per pet is required, as well as a signed copy of our Pet Agreement.
BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
⭐ The kitchen has a Fully equipped refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and a fire extinguisher under the sink.
SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1,000 fee for smoking inside the property.
REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents and understand the beach flags!

Shannon and I moved from St. Louis, MO to Destin, FL in the Summer of 2011. I have over 20 years in the Property Management field, including Vacation Rentals, Multi-Family, and Senior Living. I am also a Realtor with Worth Clark Realty. Shannon is our “go to guy” and always goes above and beyond. He handles the majority of operations, which includes Inspecting and Scheduling Turns, Owners Statements, Accounting, and helping to oversee our Housekeeping Department. You will find that we are passionate and very hands-on. Not only are we available to our Homeowner's at all times, we are also available to our guests.
God has blessed us with our two children, Riley and Jax. Our hearts and home are also filled with our fur babies! We look forward to our Friday night movies at home with our children, fishing (although we aren't any good at it – haha), church, and Sunday football. We are very family oriented and find that most homeowners become like family to us.
In the Spring of 2016, we expanded our business by hiring Debbie. She is my amazing mom! When it came time to hire someone, it only made sense to bring her on board! You honestly can't find a more caring, loyal, and trustworthy person! Debbie handles all of our reservations and during the summer months, she helps with our inspections. If you ever want to hear a friendly voice and be uplifted, call her!
We can't forget about the rest of our team! EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. on our team is important to our success. Our goal is to hire folks with passion, enthusiasm, and motivation to win!
