The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster for convenience, plus there is air conditioning, washer/dryer (shared), and WiFi so that your stay will be both comfortable and connected. The bathroom is clean and quaint, featuring a refreshing shower. Step outside to a covered patio with lounge seating, the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean breeze. Please note this is one of 4 units onsite. The laundry and backyard are shared between all units.
• 3 night minimum stay.
• Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
• Pets allowed with a pet fee of $150 per pet.
• Parking: Free parking onsite for one vehicle. Street parking also available. No garage access.
• Smoking and events/parties are not permitted.
• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax
• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.
